We were driving to Florida and my daughter wanted to get a drink. Great service and fast. After an hour drive my daughter realize she left her purse. We search google and got their number. We contacted and they said they have found it and would hold on to it for us. After some discussion we asked if they could mail it back. I want to give the manager (AJ) and team that they went above their duties in getting back the purse which contain id, credit card, etc. I'm pleased to support of a great company support that provide great product and service and support their employees. These two must go hand in hand that will make customer come back again and again.

Stopped in on a road trip for iced coffees. Although the cashier was nice, he didn't indicate that I wanted my drink decaf even though i repeated it several times, so I got regular and didn't realize it until we were back on the road. Service was slow. This was the messiest Starbucks I've ever been in. Restaurant area and bathroom had trash in the floors and countertops. Baristas were indifferent and seemed stressed. Clean this place up and do a little employee customer service training please!

I'm not sure what happened, but this was a terrible visit.Unfortunately, we were just passing through and needed potty breaks and caffeine to get us through the next 12 hours or so of our drive... wish we had stopped elsewhere, but as such, we won't know if it was a one time thing or regular for this location.Anyways, I walked in and immediately placed an order for two drinks, one hot and one cold, no issues.I went to the restroom, which clearly hasn't had attention all day, with overflowing trash (literally a full bag on the floor outside the overflowing can), toilet paper everywhere, except in the dispenser and just the tiniest roll sitting on top.Coming out of the restroom, I fully expected the drinks to be ready and then be on our way. They weren't, but that's irrelevant, I guess the drive thru was busier than when I got there, because no one else was ordering.When I got the first drink, venti white mocha, no whip, no foam, no room, I picked it up and it felt half empty. Weird, so I checked and it was half empty; I assumed they confused my request for no room, for room and thought it just needed more milk, so I asked the barista to top it off.The cold drink, Hubby's Java chip Frappuccino was a mess, with it dropping down the sides and everywhere, again, not a huge deal, but annoying.Fast forward, when my drink was a drinkable temperature, I was livid. I don't know what he did, or didn't do, but it was practically just milk, no syrup or Feinstein but a double shot. So much for that much needed caffeine.

This Starbucks location is amazing! There was no line so I was in and out in the drive thru. I ordered an impossible breakfast sandwich with no egg and a tall caramel ribbon crunch frappe. They told me they didn’t have all the ingredients for the frappe and asked if another drink would work if it was made to taste the same. It did and they did a wonderful job!

Got my usual, mocha Green rea, extra scoops, and a bag of beans to go.. Thanks, God bless

I was concerned when I saw the long line but turned out not to be a problem. Got through in good time, drive thru barista was pleasant and my coffee was made just right.

Lovely experience extremely sweet and attentive people ! Traveling across country isn’t way but they sure made it sure . Thank you shy for making sure my picky self was pleased

The service in this particular location got to be the slowest. I placed a mobile order thinking I can grab and go fairly quick from the pick up window. The lobby was closed and wound up waiting a good 20 min for a simple cup of coffee. Knowing how slow the service is I would not place an order and go to another Starbucks.

Although everyone was friendly, the service was slow. We requested extra caramel for our white mochas and only two of the three had it. They added caramel to my Chai tea latte, but I didn't order it for my Chai.

This location was absolutely filthy when we visited(a Friday around 4pm). We were stunned. All surfaces, including the prep area, were covered in sticky spills and food crumbs. The restrooms were the same. Staff was mostly attentive, but some seemed not too focused. Management needs to step up here.
