Every time I come here there’s the most hateful lady working. Today I had to overhear her belittling a new employee for explaining that someone else trained her a different way. I always try to avoid going if she’s there but this was absolutely out of line. From what I gather she’s not even a manager so it’s even more uncalled for to be so hateful to someone new. If you don’t want a job working with people don’t work with people. There’s no reason to be the most hateful person continuously to both customers and coworkers. It’s disappointing they would even allow someone to be working there with that type of attitude.
A Starbucks locqted inside Target is not really a Starbucks. Wrong drink again. Why is it so hard??
Reagan is by far the sweetest employee at this location (or any Starbucks stores I’ve ever visited). Not only is she super friendly, but she’s a great and quick barista. I’m not one to leave reviews, but this girl deserves a raise!! Hire more people like Raegan for better customer satisfaction :-)
Driving from virginia to florida we stopped here for a overly needed pick me up; now I'm hoping this isn't a regular occurrence with other customers but when you drive out of the way for this (and I'm sure they know wayward travelers are stopping here because it's the only Starbucks FOR MILES) and paying 20 dollars for two coffees you think they would care a little bit but no... After needing to turn off of I95 to go back to fix a wrong order on mine and my fiances drink the cashier, chandler, not only admitted to knowing he messed up our drinks and realizing after we left but then BLANTANTLY lies to our face about making us what we originally wanted after watching him not fix anything and just pour our wrong drinks into a different cup then placing the new cup inside of the now dirty old one. I cannot believe that's acceptable. WHERE HAS SIMPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE GONE!!!!?!?! I was a batista for over a year I know how to make coffee and how to fix what is wrong..with a smile and a genuine apology. Maybe Starbucks needs to retrain employees. Not just how to make coffee but how to be a respectful employees and value the people who keep your business alive.
I’ve gone to target the last two Saturday’s and this poor barista was in the weeds for a mile back. I couldn’t believe I actually saw her working today…. AGAIN…. alone. Someone from corporate should be in helping with this store. It’s not fair to her. Long story short- major props and the biggest hugs. You’re doing amazing. You deserve a raise, bonus, vacation and year of PTO. You’re handling yourself so well. I’ve been I customer service for 20 years and k don’t think I could do what I’ve seen you doing.
The dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been in. The girl on the register was polite, but the one making the drinks was another story. She was rude and argumentative. She made a completely different drink than what was ordered. As we walked away with the wrong drink, because it just wasn't worth the argument, she proceeded to complain about customers (us) trying to tell her how to do her job. This girl clearly needs to find a different job, one that does not require her to talk to people or learn things.
The staff here is so friendly & QUICK making drinks. Thank goodness bc the stand alone Starbucks on w palmetto is the worst now!
There was only one person working, but the customer service was excellent.
The worker was so kind and greeted me when I came in! He was so kind and made my drink well!
Dark roast coffee was WAY too strong...not sure how long it had been in the urn. Just passing through on our was to VA. Maybe next time
