Damon & staff were fast, courteous,& efficient. As the face of customer service while working the window, they did well with polite small talk and hand-off. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the drive-thru line moved today and even more so that they got my somewhat complicated order correct. The team hustling together today must be one that communicates and syncs well together. I would only recommend that your location consider increasing your weekly order of the fruit & cheese protein box as you seem to be out of it quite often. Otherwise, kudos on a great visit with excellent staff who even indulged me while I snapped a quick pic! My drink was consistent in flavor and mixture as should be expected across locations. Thank you!
Made mobile order 15 minutes before got to store got to store waited another 30 minutes. Watched people get their drinks who ordered from desk after i got there. I go to this Starbucks every day and asked if I could get refund or it cancelled the woman behind register asked manager for help who yelled across place we can’t do that call national didn’t even walk over to ask why. I left cause I had to be somewhere 20 miles away in 30 minutes. The store had done refund before because this isn’t out of ordinary for them to fall behind on orders and the customer service rep said that it’s up to managers discretion!! Seems they would have a little more attention for someone who literally goes there daily. Very disappointed in store but customer service line was great!
Ridiculously slow. The Manager had the employees distracted with other things with 12 people in the lobby and a line of cars wrapped around the building at the drive thru. Not my best experience at an Starbucks
The drive thru was closed four the morning rush.They had no cream except for half and half and soy.There was not a good work flow in preparing drinks.I’m in town for the next week. I won’t be back.I’ll find Starbucks that is not out of product and is more organized.
Let’s start off by saying that I wholeheartedly think that out of all 15,329 Starbucks locations in the United States, this is by far the worst one. After waiting in the drive through line for 35 minutes to place my order it was clear what the holdup was. The lady taking the orders had hearing worst than Mozart late in his life. I had to repeat my simple order no less than four times and instead of apologizing all she said at the end of the order was pull forward in a very rude and condescending tone. When we pulled up to the window a day and a half later, she was taking her orders while on her phone. We requested hot water in a cup, and idk what type of death wish she had for us that she gave us scorching hot water in a plastic cup without any insulation. It was practically melting through the cup by the time she handed it to me. Lady with the cornrows taking orders at Starbucks, you should get a new job.P.S. the other drink was delicious though.
Placed an online order, they didn’t have anything we ordered and weren’t ready when we got there. Didn’t offer us a refund. Instead gave us 2 drinks random drinks that were about half the cost of what we had ordered. One of the most poorly run Starbucks I’ve been to.
I ordered a mocha frapp and got to work! Worse frapp I ever had! So bitter you can’t drink it! Ugh what a way to start ur morning
Really Florence Mall Outparcel… last week there were no Venti cups and today there was no Venti cups or straws. Management needs to keep up with inventory. I’ll get my caramel macchiato elsewhere.
Service was a little bit slow, but coffee was great. Americana with hot steamed cream added caramel. Delicious
The woman running the drive thru this morning was very pleasant and made my order just right, even taking the time to offer a pup cup to my dog. I'm from our of town but I'm very much appreciative good service! Not even ten minutes before I went to Starbucks I was going to go to Krispy Kreme but on arrival to their drive thru the woman was instantly rude to me and trying to rush me! I will never go there again. I would much rather give Starbuck my business. Even back home in NH my local Starbucks is so friendly!P.s. be kind to your local barista and people in general. Everyone is doing the best they can right now
