Today driver in section around 5pm . Very nice young with braids brought us our order to our car and repeat our orders to us before hand us our food . I thought this very professional and she ensure us that we had everything we needed. Great customer service and food . Please give this young lady applause or rise. No I don’t know here
Ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster, no cheese for myself along with my family's food. Everybody else's came out fine, but mine came out with no bbq sauce, onion ring, pickles, or diced onion and added on mayo (which doesn't come on it)! I ordered on the app ahead of time so I know it wasn't a miscommunication issue. I flagged down a team member, asked for a remake without cheese or mayo, waited ten minutes, and got another burger with all the same things missing and with cheese AND mayo! Asked for one more remake from a different team member, waited another 10 minutes, got it without cheese or mayo - but still without all the other things it's supposed to have. Good enough.
Compared to other sonics the woman here was not too nice. Also the bread was old and the meat was super greasy which is not right for this restaurant because usually its a nice place to go, just not this location.
I loooove this sonic! I have a family of 7 and our food is never wrong or missing. I always try my best to tip because of the big order. I don't really remember having to wait no more than 10 minutes for an order here but who's counting when your kids are keeping you entertained ?
This sonic rarely gets anything wrong! Food is always hot and good! Service is always quick.
Went thru drive thru. Ordered 2 sweet teas. They only gave me one. When I told them I ordered two and that I would pay for another one, the woman at window told me I could not re Order it there. It was not my fault they did not get my order wrong. Will not be back. Ridiculous and rude. It takes two seconds to put ice and tea in a cup.
only Sonic I've had issues with. I stopped going awhile back because they couldn't understand the order. Even pointing out that I wanted the new item on the big TEN foot banner. I believe it was chicken bites they had just added. I ended up cancelling the rest of the order and driving off. Tonight, I figured it'd been a couple years and maybe was better. The menu looked different, so we were trying to look it over before ordering. The person for the drive thru kept asking for my order and I kept saying it'd be just a moment. We weren't there long, just a couple minutes, plenty of cars in front of me, no one behind me. So I wasn't taking a long time and I wasn't holding up the line. I got fed up with having to stop asking what everyone wanted to say just a minute and drove off. I used to go to the Sonic in Sumter once or twice a week and never had an issue. I've been to the one on Irby without issue. It's just the Palmetto one that can't understand simple things. Maybe in another three years.
They need more training it's crazy you can't order separate u n the person in the car got to then the lil cashier Zaire is so disrespectful she needs to be doing the trash n not at the window seriously
Will not be coming back. Mediums look like smalls and apparently if you want every large you have to say large for every single item you want large even if its a combo. Ordered Foot-longs and they where hard and nasty with stuff just slopped on them. The grilled cheese didn’t even look like it had cheese on it. My daughter wouldn’t even eat it. Talked to employees and pretty much said they couldn’t do anything. Almost 30 bucks of food for infant size quantities.
