We are traveling in a small RV from Florida. We don't have any Schlotzsky's in our area south of Tampa..when traveling North on I-95 we always stop here.This year under construction and only Drive thru service. The manager was so nice since we can't drive thru in our rig thery took our order and delivered to us.. thank you so much has been over a year since we have stopped here..Great sandwich and management..
Very good food, took about 10 minutes for my pizza but it was worth it.
Everyone was so rude and started yelling at customers. It was uncomfortable, we had to get our money back and leave.
Order was wrong the employees are rude and the food was just plain nasty when we called about being order being wrong they wanted us to come back and was told manager would call back
Came here to grab something sweet after dinner. Ordered 2 cinnamon buns and a cup of water. I had to ask for them because they were listed on the drive through menu. They were not bad, but the middle was a bit uncooked. Other than that they were pretty good, especially hot!
Been eating at Schlotzsky's for decades. Glad they have added healthier choices, like turkey and avacado.
Staff was so so so GREAT! Sonya was such a bright light in my day today. I feel so fortunate to have had the interaction with her. Cinnabon was great, fresh made. But I was not liking any of our sandwiches. Smoked turkey was hella smoked like liquid smoke in every bit. Didn't enjoy the bread. And it was on the highest end of prices.However I'd still go back because customer service like that is worth it! This was our first time. Oh an super clean!!
Super friendly service, but ohhhhhh so slow. 37 minutes in drive thru (only 4 cars to serve). And nope, not a staffing issue. Plenty of folks on duty, just totally disorganized.
I bought the Big Bacon Smokecheesy with turkey. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The drive thru staff was nice and my order was ready to go. I really like this place. I would eat there again.
33 minute wait and the food was horrible. The staff was nice and gave us a refund.
