Bartender was training a new employee and still had time to be friendly and professional.
Great food, my server Joseph was great. The manager Eric Williams walked through several times and asked was everything ok. Great place to eat with family and friends. Great service and will go back real soon
Food was wrong. Nobody working. Service was terrible. Waitresses and bar staff using offensive language. Will never eat here again

This restaurant is very tired, building and sign need a refresh. Parking lot is poorly marked and littered with cigarette butts. All this is a clue and if I hadn't been meeting others I would have left. All those clues are what you can expect inside. They should have taken advantage of last years slow down to refresh. Our crew of 8 was too much ribs were cold, slaw was warm? And the rice just wierd. Steer clear...
Called three times to place a takeout order. First time on hold for over seven minutes before being disconnected. Second and third calls were answered by laughing staff who then proceeded to hang up without saying so much as " Hello." Horrible way to do business. They lost my business, and I will be dissuading anyone else from patronizing this business.
Surprised there was a Ruby Tuesday left. Wife got salad bar, which was normal.. I ordered a cheeseburger which took a long time to prep. Meat was old, cold and tasteless. Could not even melt the cheese on top. On leaving, wife looked through the open kitchen door. Tiles pulled up from a dirty and trashy floor. Serious yuk. Should not have been allowed to serve food.
Absolutely great. Visiting from Alaska, we were not familiar with Ruby Tuesday. We ordered the2 meals for $24 meal and the Endless Salad Bar. We got way more than what we expected. Huge salad bar, appetizer, two full. Meals. The food was well prepared and tasted good. The waiter was very helpful. We both took half of our meals back to the hotel in boxs. We will definitely go to Ruby Tuesday again while in the lower 48.
Today 4/10/2022 at 1:22PM, when my family and I entered the establishment there was a sign posted on all the doors indicating there was a staffing shortage, detailing there was going to be seating delays and long wait times to get food orders. The staff was still courteous and worked together as a team to seat customers, collect orders and deliver the food. There was a slight incident (loud verbal confrontation) with a rude customer, who left swearing and then knocked a container of salad dressing off the salad bar creating a holy mess. There was ranch dressing all over the floor, hostess desk and walls at the entrance. She also knocked, down several menus and a serving tray. Seeing that the staff was already stretched thin I cleaned up as much of the mess that I could, so no one would slip and fall. But what I want management to know is how well the staff dealt with the situation and we're still attentive to the rest of the customers. I'm sorry I didn't get the names of the staff but they all need to be praised for their hard work and dedication by working as a team and providing appropriate and efficient customer service.
When my friend and I arrived it was pretty busy, however the staff was friendly and they were working really hard. Our waitress, S (can't remember her name) along with the GM, Eric were so kind and worked to ensure we received our food timely. The food was hot and tasted great. Everyone was working hard and had a smile on their face. Thank you for a great experience. I will definitely return!
