I haven't been to Rogers for years. The renovations in the restaurant are nice. No improvements to the bar, some of the food weren't the desired temperature. However, I enjoyed my meal.
Curbside pickup service is outstanding especially the older guy ! The food today was horrible I order the pork chops with double mac and chicken-bob. I wasted my money. I didn't eat nothing but the Mac and cheese. The chicken-bob was very salty in half cooked and the pork chops were blanded. Very disappointed, usually pretty good spot to eat at will not be back for awhile !!!
This place is always packed when we drive by so we thought we’d try it. $15/person for the buffet. It is basic southern fare, good enough, not fine dining. The fried chicken is excellent, fried shrimp pretty good. The sides are cooked to death. The peach cobbler and cool whip was a nice end to the meal. Service was very friendly. Place is clean. Won’t be back but only because we don’t love buffets.
What started out horrible ended up great. Thanks Mrs. Dorian for helping & making it better! We will be returning.
It was great. I was pleasantly surprised. Buffet.? - rice, mac and cheese, conrbread, green beans, shrimp, fish, desserts, fried chicken, sweet potato casserole, customer service. The peach cobbler nice and warm .?? - Greens too sweet, most meat was dried out, ribs had a gamey cheap taste to them. Instead of having 5 people standing around the cash register, could have some people wiping down counters or cleaning. Was kind of messy in there and felt unsanitary. One girl did not use gloves to fix to go plates. The ice cream was melted.Would definitely go back it was great. The mac and cheese was phenomenal, they don’t have a budget for their cheese. They go all out.
I would give this restaurant more than a five star if I could. We had my sons wedding rehearsal dinner at Roger's on Friday 4/13/22 and we were more than pleased. The rooms we had the dinner in were clean, an employee helped us to arranged the tables the way we wanted and when it was over, she put the tables back and cleaned up all the mess. We eat there on a regular basis, so we knew the food would be good. It was outstanding. We had family from out of town that agreed that it was outstanding. Thank you Roger's for helping us to make that night one to remember for such a special occasion!

I'm new to the area.... My husband wanted some BBQ and this place was open.... It was packed so I thought okayyyyyy, they must be THEEEEE spot! Well, my husband was VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I ordered him the rib plate and his ribs were so tiny it looked like a child's plates!!!!! One rib looked like it was partially eaten!!! I had their veggies and they were quite tasty which is why I gave it three stars!! Hopefully they will see this review and choose to replace my husband's meal with one fit for a grown man.
Amazing dine in experience for dinner. The oysters and fish stood out because they tasted so fresh. Courteous waiting staff who brought us the traditional water and iced tea.
Best food in the world!!!! They have such an amazingly, awesome, kind and generous employees around!! I'm always telling everyone that they should go there and eat!!!! I love the employees and the food so very much! Thank you so much for having great food and being great people!!!!!
