I have had the worst service of any restaurant at this Red Lobster. 2 weeks ago, it took over 2 hours to get served and fed for our group of 4. We tried again today and we are leaving after waiting 17 minutes. NO ONE even acknowledged us. People were ready to leave and couldn't get their ticket. I only saw 5 tables in the entire restaurant. We will not go back. AYCE shrimp isn't worth the hassle.

Very poor service. They served my salad with the lettuce core! And asked would you like a new salad? Keep in mind I ordered endless salad, soup, and cheddar biscuits. Then when the other meals came out for the rest of the party my soup had been empty with my bowl sitting on the edge of the table and the waitress NEVER asked if I wanted more soup!!

Unfortunately the place had no customer service. Staff was a high school with the staff on phone. Menus were dirty & broken. One staff seems he had just slided on first base. No manager on duty. A total disgrace to Red Lobster Franchise. The place should be closed immediately.

If i could rate less than 1 star, i would have. This Red Lobster restaurant in Florence, South Carolina, is terrible. There were two tables with customers. There were 5 in our group; a young lady was at the host stand who was on the phone. She didn't acknowledge us at all. She hung up and walked out. We were finally seated after waiting for more than 5 minutes. We waited and waited, we watched employees walk back and forth looking at us, and NO ONE came over to our table. We got up to leave, and we saw the employees watch us getting up to leave. I had to ask for the manager on duty. The wait took 3 more minutes, and I told the manager (she didn't offer her name). I asked for the GM information, and that had me waiting an additional 6 minutes. I'm from out of town, and Red Lobster is my favorite restaurant, but I will NEVER come to this Red Lobster again. WORST SERVICE EVER! I was told by the manager that the General Manager will be there tomorrow.

We went here for my Moms birthday and they did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious and everything taste so fresh! We were a party of 8 and we had one waitress, Kendra, who was also the bartender and she was amazing! She kept a check on us and never let our drinks get low. She was awesome and we will definitely be requesting her when we go back!

Horrible service… food was cold. I took my boyfriend out for a romantic dinner that I thought was going to be amazing. I was sadly disappointed. Our water was empty for over half hour, our waitress did not come back to get us another adult drink, so after she was told by someone else to check on us because our drinks were empty after waiting another 10 minutes I went to the bar to get my own. Food was brought out cold. Had a $70.00 dinner plate for us to share. A date night dinner lobster shrimp and steak. All was cold. Sadly disappointed. I so wanted the night to be wonderful since I don’t normally buy dinner.

First of all, my visitors from Indianapolis accompanied us and immediately we were embarrassed. To avoid the crowds we made a special trip to RED LOBSTER!!! We waited about 10 minutes to be greeted by the host.She asked how long we had been waiting and said "really?" but no apologies when we responded to her question.After being seated we waited another 10 minutes and decided to leave. Place was empty and no one was waiting on us. Worse service I ever received here since I moved here in 2005. My out of town family was disgusted and I was very annoyed for the lack of "southern hospitality"!!!

I ordered the Lobster Stuffed Flounder with rice and broccoli… IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! NO SEASONING AT ALL!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER THAT AGAIN!!! THE FOOD DID NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURE! WHAT I SAW AND WHAT I GOT ARE TWO VERY DIFFERENT THINGS!!! NOT GOOD AT ALL!
