Party of 4, we sat at the bar around 5:30, it wasn’t packed and even if it was your waiter or waitress should address you and check on throughout your meal. 1st issue, the table was dirty and our waitress seemed to have an attitude when we asked her to please wipe the table. She said the finish was old that’s why the table feels sticky. That could be but the crumbs from the previous customers were a part of that stickiness. 2nd (I know it sounds a lil weird but ppl like what they like) my Mom ordered a salad but she doesn’t like lettuce so basically tomatoes cheese and ranch. Look at that salad pic. I’d think if you weren’t getting lettuce they’d give you more than one slice of tomatoes cut up. 3rd my fried green tomatoes and shrimp were supposed to come with a dipping sauce and I requested additional ranch and cocktail sauce. They were out of cocktail sauce, and didn’t bring the sauce that originally comes with the meal. Of course I asked and they finally brought it back when I had one shrimp. The tomatoes had no seasoning, a nice crunch but no flavor. The shrimps were seasoned but I didn’t get the sauce for 10 minutes. Reports on the rest are as follows; the tacos were good. The sauce that came with them is what made them tasty. The pork chop was dry (she literally ate less than a quarter of it and was done) and the trio’s plate was ok. We left over half of the food on the table which I NEVER DO because I love food so much. Our waitress never checked on us. The receipt said our server was Audrey. What a waste of $105. Everyone is allowed off days, but I’m not a resident here so I doubt I’ll ever have a chance a letting them make it up to me. I was really disappointed.

Great place, never seen a restuarant like this. Good food and service is great. Check it out you won't be disappointed.

We asked at the front desk of our hotel for a good lunch suggestion. The desk clerk said that Red Bone was one of her favourite places. We were surprised to find this place at a mall. When you walk in, it is a sight to behold. I don’t think that i have ever seen anything like it. You leave a parking lot and enter a lovely restaurant, it’s like you step into another world. It reminds you of being at a street cafe but with climate control. We ordered the lunch special. It came with a smaller chicken entrée with a small side salad. I opted for the Chicken Leo, which was a fried chicken breast with ham over fettuccine Alfredo. My husband had the Chicken Pontalbo. My chicken was a little tough and the fettuccine was bland. My husband enjoyed his, it had chicken with sausage, Brabanto potatoes and scallions over cheesy grits. For the price, it was a reasonably portion.

I stumbled across the restaurant after my recent move to the city. The design of the restaurant was like walking into a Vegas hotel or the Opryland hotel. A New York alley was basically recreated, complete with an ice cream truck. I started dinner with the Bermuda Triangle appetizer. This was basically a biscuit pastry filled with bacon and cheese. It was excellent. As a entree I ordered the Chicken Leo. A fried chicken breast with bacon and cheese over fettuccine Alfredo. A superior choice. Event the included Caesar was well prepared with outstanding dressing. I highly recommend this establishment.

Fantastic food. The shrimp and grits gave me an out of body experience it was so amazing. Our server was the friendliest most welcoming person.

Service was good. Waiter was very friendly. Our appetizer took a long time to come out and we hadn't even complained about it but the owner(manager?) came out to tell us what was happening and she removed it from our check. Alfredo was good, but the shrimp and grits was great. Would absolutely eat here again. Absolutely class place.

The food was good with large portions and the service friendly. Our waitress Toya was great - service with a smile. I had the salmon with pimento cheese over cheese grits with a side salad. My husband had the Chicken Leo. Both of us had leftovers but that did not stop us from getting the cinnamon bun cheese cake. Sorry no picture but we ate it too fast. Yum. Also, the atmosphere makes the experience feel like date night.. We will be going back.

This is a cute place with decent food. Funny - we thought from the pictures that they had a lot of outdoor dining but it turns out that it is a facade of outdoor buildings. Very cute! Wings are very tasty. Steak salad was good. Rib eye was good but thin. Overall a great experience!

Food was great like always! But, it wasn't the waiters fault he was running his legs off cause of short staff issues. So it was good service. He tried his best to fulfill our orders and drinks the best he could. We had to wait an hour or so but we haven't been here in so long and I really want to Mexican Pizza Dip.

Had a great first experience. Loved the decor/layout and the server (KJM) was excellent. The menu was very nice and we loved our choices. My husband and I drove down from Charlotte to meet friends who drove up from Conway. We had a great time together and we were all so pleased to have decided on meeting at Red Bone Alley. Will go back next time we head south.
