Always slow service, 1pulled in drive thru at 6:15 three cars ahead. 1 which was pulled up and waiting. Order taken at 6:50. Unacceptable. Popeyes headquarters will definitely hear about this. For the best experience go to the truck stop on 52. Save yourself the headache. If I could do no stars I definitely would. Management sucks bad at this location.
My meals cost almost $15 to $20 when I dine here so I feel I can give some feedback. Our meals are 90% wrong each visit. We ask for mid and spicy and they never give it to us. We sum it up and figure they either don’t prepare and cook mid and spicy and just serve original all day. Spend your money at a different place that will at least care to give you what you ask for. Very poor staff professionalism.Take your family to the Popeyes by fdtc they are way better, have items in stock, hot food and great professionalism.
Will never patronize this establishment ever again. They literally tried to make me pay for something I did not ask for and when I corrected them, the MANAGER got and attitude. The cashier at the time had already swiped my car and unbeknownst to me I told the manager to cancel the order and give me back my card. He didn’t say, well we have swiped your card but let me refund you or anything. Have been calling corporate since April 1,2022 and have yet to get my refund or talk to upper level management.
Chicken old , they move extremely slow, they ran out of EVERYTHING..staff is completely rude I spent over $40 dollars and was charged for sauces ..this location needs to be shut down VERY UGLY ATTITUDES THIS LOCATION WILL NOT BE IN BUSINESS LONG OR MAYBE IN NEED OF NEW MANAGEMENT..I WANTED TO RATE THEM WITH NO STARS BUT I HAD TO MARK AT LEAST ONE IN ORDER TO SUBMIT REVIEW DONT EVEN BOTHER EATING HERE
Very nice drive thru but very packed. First visit and the food was great. The lemonade is very sweet, spicy chicken sandwich is spicy with crunch. The popcorn shrimp was crunchy and biscuit was tender. I would recommend for something comforting and on the go.
I’m SHOCKED that this place is still in business…the service is absolutely slower than a tortoise, almost all the staff is rude, and the food is less than average. EVERY TIME I come to this restaurant there’s always an issue with getting help from the associates at the counter. They’re either ignoring you or standing around.
It was alright need to be more faster at their service pretty slow especially if it's a long line but when it's not a long line still pretty slow. I didn't have problem with the friendly service and a ? food was extremely good?just need quicker service for receiving your order and that will be a great improvement on their part? just gotta go try them 4 yourself...
On 01/01/2022 I and a friend who are both general mangers for businesses in Florence went to grab food at Popeyes here at this location. The cashier at the time of 9.30 pm was rude, and disrespectful. We spent over $45 on food and she refused to condiments. Didn’t give any spoons, napkins, jelly for the 8 biscuits we had not jam. We purchased a 16 piece chicken both spicy and mild and turned out to be all mild. The manager on duty is clueless and doesn’t pay attention to the things he should. In my business I’m not just in the office 24/7 I’m walking the floor of my store, I’m outside and walking my kitchen. Disgusting service
Won't be open for long. So y'all fired my fiance and took him off the schedule because he was sick and had a doctors excuse ? how DUMB! Get mad because he didn't come in being at the fact he called y'all to let yall know what was going on. He did his part! So being at work is more important than HEALTH, nah. Let this would've been my store, I would've had better management and employees ? ridiculous.
Expensive. Wants very good. Years ago Popeyes in Florida and other places tasted very good and usually were more affordable. Idk what happened. Was no Cajun taste to me, very mild. Than the price per person food was crazy for a drive thru. Probably won't be going here again. Just not the same as it used to be.
