This is the worst Pizza Hut in all of Florence the store manager is so professional and lacks customer service skills. She had the nerve to hang up on me when I disagreed with what she was saying. Sorry customer service.
On my last visit it was not good . Generally I get great service here. The last visit I did an online order and went in when receiving notification it was ready. 10 min later the rep working the counter finally comes from the back checks my name and saysnit will be a few more minutes. The few more minutes was 35 minutes later. The pizza was hot and good no issue with the food .
The wait time was over the 15 to 20 mins. I waited over 45 mins until the clerk had to keep asking what was taking so long with my order. The taste of the sausage pizza had a bitter taste or not a fresh taste. I was very displeased with my order.
I ordered the Cajun wings and fries tonight and I just finished. this food was absolutely five star. the fries were the best fries I've had in Florence - crispy and a nice crunch on the outside, soft pillowy inside. they were delicious. the wings were so so perfect and tender and crispy. thank you for an amazing food experience.
The pizza and wings are good but the pizza is always a little dry. I gave them 4 stars because i always ask for EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA SAUCE and it appears that I NEVER get it even when its printed on the ticket. I always put the word EXTRA multiple times when I order online and if I order over the phone I make it very clear that I want EXTRA sauce on my pizza. BUT when I get the pizza I can barely tell that sauce is even on it, if any. This has happened several times. Maybe their EXTRA is different from my EXTRA. Maybe I need to find out the measurements they use and request per specify multiple increments of that. Do you use tablespoons? Cups?
Be consistent in the quality of pizza. Last week was great but the pizza I had yesterday was not good
My pizza was cooked perfectly! Crispy and hot!
Pizza arrived barely warm. Box was smashed as was the box of cinnamon buns. Chicken nuggets were warm, but thrown in the container without celery or carrots and no dressing
Pizza was ready on time & correct. I had stopped using this Pizza Hut because of rudeness but they’ve gotten better.
I placed my order for curbside pickup and called to inform when I had arrived, but ended up having to go in to get my order after waiting 10-15minutes and no one came out. My personal pan pizza was not hot, just warm enough to eat and the cheese was not melted/stringy as it should be on a hot, fresh pizza.
