The food itself has always been good here. What's unfortunate is the management and their attitudes when you need help with something. As long as you don't need help adjusting your order you should be good to go. If you try to change anything after you've already paid, don't expect anyone to assist you.
It was pretty good have no complaints about it pizza ingredients was fresh need to go check them out yourself...
Worse pizza I have ever had in my life. It’s true that the crust taste like cardboard. The cheese was hard. Not enough sauce either. Taste like a 5 year old made it and forgot about it in the oven.
The pizza was well made. That might seem like a low bar but you'd be surprised these days.

Ordered ahead by an hour and still waited in the parking lot for 30 mins. Computer showed they weren't busy so I don't know what the problem was. I also tried to change my order to delivery and they stated they only had one driver and he said he didn't feel like doing anymore deliveries. Kinda thought that was his job but whatever. Service sucked. Food was ok
The pizza was pretty good. It was hot and our delivery person was so kind and called to give us our food! He followed the instructions I put and it’s the small things.
It's kind of a hit and miss it's never accurate with their toppings they either don't add enough toppings to the pie and still the same price it's kind of discouraging not consistent with their toppings
We spent 85$ for pizza with specific instructions for a family who was just arriving back from viewing his wife that just passed... we wanted to give as a gift... the pizza never made it... we called the store and after a conversation with the manager.. she hung up on me.. never again... this happened to us personally as the recipient... they are worthless for delivery.. they are in the delivery business.. it shouldn't be hard
I haven't eaten at Papa John's except probably once or twice since I moved from Florence about 20 (give or take a few) years ago. Boy I had NO IDEA what I was missing! They had a fantastic deal where we got 2 LARGE SPECIALTY PIZZAS for only 14$ each! That philly cheese steak pizza...OMG no words! WOW! And the pizzas themselves were FULL of toppings and cheese, with the original crust being just right .not too thin, but not overly doughy either! Their wings were spectacular as well bc they had the option of getting jus plain wings without sauce which is in my opinion the best way to get wings bc you can actually taste the chicken and not just sauce! As far as service, that too was phenomenal! The employee who answered the phone was very helpful, patient and had great suggestions! All in all this place is great!
