Horrible customer service. I took a pizza back that was raw. I should've known to check it, the box was way too heavy. I called to give the complaint the guy whom said he was the manager offered a refund or to make over but didn't seem to care at all about the uncook pizza. When I arrived he act as if I was invisible as he stand with his beanie hat on and sipped his Chek drink. Customer Service has definitely gone down. They don't even deserve my 1 star!!!
The pizza taste is still pretty good. However the quality was awful I did the 3 medium pizza 3 topping special and the size was definitely small. The slices were from 1 inch to 8 inches.

They are terrible on taking orders. I placed a order a hour ago for my McLeod hospital employees. The lady said it will take to a hour to come. A hour and 30 mins passed. I called to check on my delivery another women said it's not even showing up. They gotta do better on communication round there ??

Stuff crust pizza is very good but the cheese is not too good in stuff crust pizza hut's stuff crust is better.0))
Staff was extremely rude to my daughter when she walked in for a pick up order. Workers yelled at her and told her to get out. Very rudely told her only 2 people allowed in the lobby ( no sign on the door). This is the last time we will ever use this location.Note to the owner: You’ll lose business if you keep rude employees.

Placed a takeout (delivery) order an hour BEFORE delivery time ends. I live less than 10 minutes away; anyway, I got a call from them saying that delivery time was TWO TO THREE HOURS and he said and I quote “and in all actuality we’re closed” needless to say, he definitely didn’t want me to order. And tbh, I definitely won’t.Last time I ordered it took about and hour or so and I placed online. I wanted to check the arrival time and the status, I called to check; and just to see how long it would take; I waited on hold for TWENTY FIVE minutes. Needless to say, even after that long; no one picked up the phone? I don’t get it.
