The absolute filthiest Panera ever! We travel and live in a large market, by far this is the worst Panera we have stepped into. Every inch of the place was dirty...the bathrooms...floors and trash station.I understand that every one is short of help these days. But those that are working should have pride in their location and pitch in.It's obvious from other comments and lack of costumers.This location needs a new manager now!
Finally decided to stop and give it a try. Very pleased with my visit. I really like that I can make my coffee myself, that's a nice touch.
This Panera, unlike most, was filthy from stem to stern and we witnessed food service violations and poor customer service. Food items provided were skimpy and quite horrible. We wrote to Corporate about it, clicking the box provided that said we’d be contacted about our comments, but it’s been nearly 3 weeks and we’ve heard nothing. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. What’s going on at Corporate that they don’t care about repeated poor reviews of this particular restaurant. The Panera where we live (Delaware) is wonderful.
This place is pitiful. The food is stale. The dining room is filthy. There is little to no supplies. Tables are dirty. Wait for food is 30 minutes. Need a new manager here. Need a leader. There is no excuse for a place that serves food that is supposed to be quality to be like this. Clean your own table to sit down.
Panera bread has good food but I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with my order. I decided on the pick 2. I got the turkey chili and green goodness salad. The portions are soooo small it’s a rip off. The total was $14.99!!! I have all of three pieces of meat in my little side salad portion salad! I can almost deal with the little cup of chili but no, it’s too small for the price! To top it all off I asked for extra dressing for the salad and they didn’t even fill either of the cups up half way! Though it’s not gonna get me anywhere, I’m calling to complain!*UPDATE* I called and of course got nowhere. A worker answered the phone told me he was going to get a manager to assist me and sure enough no one came back to the phone! DISAPPOINTING PANERA!
Exceeded my expectations by a long shot, bread was so fresh and soft unbelievable. Kitchen sink cookies delightful. Sandwiches were freshly made and served hot. Download their app for for free sweet reward. Will be going back .
My wife and I got lunch here and were Sadly disappointed. I got the southern chicken BBQ sandwich and there was definitely more bread that chicken or BBQ sauce. Definitely didn't look like the picture, could have gotten more food at McDonald's on a plain burger. She a salad and there was so much liquid in the bottom of it. We spent $30 on pick 2 lunch and was very disappointed.
We were really surprised and wonder whether they want to see customers to dine in or not...Whehn we came in for dinner about 7..we couldn't see anybody who welcome us or serve us..We had called for someone and waiting for few minutes before a lady came out and asked our order..The food and the price could not help either..Really disappointed for our first coming...
We walked in at 8am on Sunday.. couldn't find a clean table... crumbs all over the floor... the top of the garbage can was filthy... obviously no one cleaned the night before or that morning before they opened.... or it could have been longer... who knows....the coffee was not made correctly.... we had to ask someone to clean a table for us.. and we sat there for 2 hours and still... no one cleaned the tables or floors.... we will never go back.. disgusting
The service was just as trash as the food I purchased. Had I not have to be somewhere else, I would’ve turned around and complained. My “smoothie” tasted like flavored water and for 5 dollars I could’ve got a whole case of flavored water at Walmart ?. (Where is the quality)
