This restaurant continues to allow people to place orders at the pickup window, forcing others to wait until that order is prepared. Try doing that at Grouchos and they send you on your way. I called my order in, like you SHOULD be doing to use the pickup window. I had to wait behind THREE cars that they allowed to order at the window. It’s good, but it’s not that good. Will be finding another sub shop.

I love going in there when I'm in Florence I miss you and her staff she works hard every time I'm in there and the other ones too food is always excellent prepared fresh just the way you order it will be back thank you palmetto subs
The subs are great but I tried to call in my order to speed things up. Well they won't answer the phone and when I get here there was 0 customers in the restaurant, so they can't say they were busy, just sorry. Date is 7/10/22 time is 7:25pm, they close in 35 minutes but don't want to do anything
All I can say is that the palmetto special is the only thing I order. It's probably the best thing between two slices of bread.
Food is great but they won’t answer the phone…. I even went in the store and called and heard them speak on how they wasn’t going to answer the phone and if a person really wanted something to eat they will come in and order. I work all day and really would love something from them to eat on certain days and it would be great it they would answer the phone especially with the fact they don’t do online orders. Y'all they work hard in there. They're always someone or several people there when I get to go by. I'll tell you why, the salad and subs taste phenomenal...love the nice and friendly staff as well. An excellent choice.
Salad was bomb! Although they do not like to answer to place orders!
The subs are always good. However, the customer service is always terrible. Never called a business and the first thing they say before they even say hello is “we ain’t taking call in orders no mo.” Then when they mess up your order instead of remaking the order they argue with you back and forth just to give you a refund when you ask for it anyways. It is very rare that I have a good customer service experience when working directly with this staff…and tonight I’m leaving a comment because as a pregnant person with cravings I am extremely disappointed in the money and time I wasted tonight just to deal with mast unwarranted attitudes. Horrible service. Horrible people.
EVERY TIME I COME HERE, THE SERVICE IS SOOOOO S L O W…..I came today EARLY on my lunch break and I’m already 11 minutes and still waiting in line.No sense of urgency for other people’s time Is a factor when it comes to this restaurant. ?
