Great and fast service. Prime rib was amazing!
Just received my order and basically nothing was correct. Ordered the prime rib medium rare and received a burnt ribeye. Ordered a filet with broccoli and fries—received no fries. Ordered a blue cheese and pecan salad and received a bowl of lettuce. Just absolutely horrible!!

Had a party of 14 celebrating our son's birthday. The manager did accommodate our request for seating arrangements. Our waitress was extremely pleasant and made sure each person was happy with their order. Glasses were always filled and the food was hot when it arrived at our table. All 14 orders were received at the same time and this was on Saturday night of memorial weekend.
One of my favorite places to eat in Florence. It’s nice and clean and always inviting. The food here is fresh and taste wonderful. I walked in tonight hoping I would get Diana as our waitress and the stars aligned and that’s who we got. She is the best waitress. I’ve been eating here for 5 years and I always hope to get her because she is that great. Keep up the good work. Thanks again Diana for loving what you do enough to always give us the 5 start experience ❤️
Caeley was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Her service coupled with her mannerisms are impeccable! Our appetizers and our food came in a very timely manner. Caeley checked on both our tables (10 people party) on a continuum, ensuring we had a most pleasant experience. THANK YOU CAELEY FOR SERVING WITH A GIVER’S HEART!!! The Champagne’s APPRECIATE You!!!
Ate here yesterday shrimp was burnt the blooming onion was greasy and burnt not fluffy it was a fly in there flying around the wait was long 45mins like they are short staff not worth the money kinda over priced and small portion of food. The server was really nice and the host too. Soon as we got our food we left and when we was leaving finally got a refill after we ask for the bill and the cup was dirty ...just left the drink right there ..first and last time ..long horn is better or Texas roadhouse
First of all, tables were nasty, floor was nasty, host took us to a small seating. I chose there for my fiancée birthday dinner, told server it was his birthday, other servers singing Happy Birthday to other customers, she included with them and still did not sing to my fiancée. Food was salty and vegetables were cold. She brought some dry bread after food was brought out by someone else. I had already told her, no bread. Small table full of dishes. With no room to enjoy food. NEVER AGAIN !!!! LONGHORNS OR TEXAS ROADHOUSE IT IS, REGUARDLESS OF THE WAIT !!! Sorry service, not worth the money at all !!!
Food was good our server was very nice and friendly. I would recommend get on the waiting list on line. If you have a party over 7 please call ahead of times.
