We checked in at 615 as a party of 5. There were 18 parties ahead of us. We were told 30-35 mins. We didn't believe them but waited. Right at 30 mins we were seated! Service was excellent! Food was served quicky, it was accurate, tasty and drinks remained filled throughout our dinner. We paid and left by 740! Mind you, this is a Saturday night. This is the best service we have received since the whole COVID people don't want to work debacle. I would absolutely eat here again. Now if only all restaurants can meet this standard. Give everyone a raise for running a smooth operation! My only complaint would be the to-go boxes, they don't stay closed.
I went to Olive Garden with my party of 13 people. Service was ‘good’. My only complaint is that once they took our orders it took a long time to get out breadsticks and salads. Tables that came after us and ordered after us got their breadsticks and salad way before us. I understand we are a big party but we were waiting closer to 30-45 minutes before we got them. The food was good and the servers were good as well so no complaints there!
This was by far the worst experience I have EVER had at Olive Garden. First we had to wait for half an hour, but that was OK. Next we ordered our meals and were told there would be a further wait due to the kitchen was backed up. Ok that was alright but.... No salad or bread sticks until AFTER our entre arrived and then we had to ask twice.... Finally the salad had HUGE chunks of onion. I love red onions but they were HUGE.....
Service is fast the soup hot the salad fresh I was very happy would come again
Staff remember you when you go there. That's nice! All the staff are always ready to get you whatever you want or need, even if it's not their table.The food is always so fresh. I am particularly fond of the Salmon. I always order the Salmon, it's cooked to perfection. I wish I could cook like that!Mozzarella sticks are fantastic. Chicken Parmesan is always fantastic.I love the atmosphere there, calm, serene, just a lovely place to dine in. Carry out food is great too, when you're in a rush.
My husband and i went for dinner on valentine's day. The place was super packed but despite the rush, the staff were still very pleasant and we didn't have an unusually long wait for our food. The food was excellent as was the service
Three weeks ago we stopped in for dinner on our trip from Boston to Florida. We sat at the bar and had a personable and excellent bartender Meagan. Tonight we went again as we're on our trip back to Boston, sat at the bar, and Brandon waited on us. Once again we had great service and food. Both were wonderful with my food allergies and checked with the chef to make sure all food was perfect for me. Do not skip this restaurant because it's part of a chain. It's great.
It was my very first time going. The waiter was very helpful in helping me decide on something to order since it was my first time going. Definitely will be visiting again.
The service was very good and friendly but the food was so so, the salad was tired and not fresh and the cook was very cheap on the sauce in both pastas.
