We came here for dinner because we were ignored up the street and there weren't many other options. The building is very outdated and the restrooms are terrible. Our server was friendly but asked us if we were ready to order the second we sat down. We told her we needed to look at the menu. Most of the menu is on paper with no descriptions. We tried to find items we were familiar with but were really just guessing. I ordered a watermelon margarita which was refreshing. We ordered seaweed salad and the crab stick was just laying on top, so we broke it up ourselves. We ordered gyoza which we normally get steamed or pan fried but this came deep fried sitting in a sauce. It was a little odd. He ordered the crunchy roll and I ordered the lobster roll which she said they didn't have. So I asked for the crunchy tuna roll. The rolls were huge but pretty sloppy. Mine was drowning in a sweet sauce I didn't like and his was drowning as well, and had avocado which he doesn't like. Both were supposed to be crunchy but were missing whatever that was supposed to be. That's why we like descriptions on the menu. We needed more drinks and I sat with an empty glass, and ended up drinking his water. She brought our check without checking to see if we needed drinks or anything else. It was disappointing. They should update their restaurant, menu and food to take advantage of the people turned away up the street.

this place is in it for 1 thing…..your money. food was delicious and the servers was nice, but they did fail to describe the price of the meals for our younger children. the meal was good but definitely not worth the price they threw at us..

Took my wife to Miyami for lunch today. When her order arrived the shrimp were overcooked. They were chewy. We sent it back and after a long wait the manager told us the cook refuse to replace 6/7 visibly overcooked shrimp. Mind you the cook is the co owner. My wife's feelings were bruise. She had her mind fixated on the carrots for a while then this happens.

One waiter and 2 cooks so we had to wait damn near 2 hrs to get seated, not eat but get seated. Other wise it was OK, nothing spectacular. But my son graduated and this where he wanted to go.

Came here for a Birthday celebration and was sat with no problem. The Issue came into play when our Waitress start servicing us, the caucasian female with the long blonde ponytail, she was rude and nasty like she didn't want to be there. Very argumentative when one of our appetizers was wrong. She kept saying "That's why I kept coming back and asking you". If we ordered a Shrimp tempura sushi why would you bring a plate of Shrimp fried prawns, and get offended when you're corrected? To top it all off She didn't put our order in, so we sat waiting for 45 mins before we realized our order wasn't put in a timely manner. Another Waitress, Mindy (with the red hair), stepped in place our orders and took really good care of us. She showed great hospitality and really deserve all the praises. She really turned a horrible night into a great one. Our food was amazing and it was so much we had to take to-go boxes home. The food and atmosphere was great but obviously there needs to be revisitation in customer service here.

Been here 3 hours so far and we still haven't eaten!!Waited 2.5 hours to be seated! Here a year ago and took a 1.5 hours to be seated. This is it, no more patronizing this place! Will go to Sumo or the beach next time. The heck with this place!

Visited this restaurant looking for something good to eat and it was over packed. We tried to go for take out instead but was told it would be 30 mins to even place a take out order. Looking through the menu prices were a bit much. I will give this place another try in the future to see if it will meet my needs in taste.

Spend to much money!!! First they cooked shrimp an then offer two of them to each person, come to find out they charge me $23 for that extra. What a sneaky move. And the food wasn't that good. I'll just buy my own yum yum sauce and teriyaki sauce and cook my rice, veg. Steak. Oh an broth is no SOUP?

The food was good but a bit overpriced and overrated.

Came to Florence, SC as my daughter has been accepted to to play National Level 3 tennis at Dr.Eddie Floyd Tennis Center.Went for a dinner on 02/18, waited for 1.5 hours to get a seat. This was fine as all restaurants are struggling right now and we need to support. My daughter and my wife had Chicken, I & my other daughter had Steak and shrimp and few lobsters as another side! Looks like the chicken was spoiled and my wife and my daughter who is supposed play tennis both got terribly sick, throwing up followed by stomach ache, due to this we had to pull her out of Tournament that's not pleasant. Main purpose of coming to Florence has been down due to the poor chicken served by this restaurant. They have to really maintain the chicken in proper temperature as per health code before bringing them to cook in front of you on the griddle! Spent close to $600 for no reason! Luckily me and my other daughter had no issues as the steak and shrimp were excellent! Checking out the hotel Today to get back to our home... what an unpleasant experience!!!
