The service was good whenever our waiter would make a trip to check on our table ? there wasn't a reason for such slow service around 1 o'clock we ordered our food and there was a 45 minute wait after placing the order. We weren't updated on the status of the food unless I inquired. The waiter seemed to be new or just not engaging with his table service, but if asked he was pleasant. May give them another opportunity to redeem themselves when I'm in the city again but for now I truly wish there was a 1/2 star so could rate it 2 1/2 instead of a 3. Work on the customer service and interaction.

The pizza is delicious but the service needs work. We arrived after 8 and the restaurant closes at 9. The hostess advised us they only had 2 servers but sat us anyway without telling any servers we were there waiting to be served. Waitresses walked by our table several times and never stopped to ask if we've been waited on. At least ask! Wasted our time as we waited as it was obvious we were being ignored so we just left without being served. Do better and work on your customer service!

They have an Amazing bar. My number 1 Bar to get drinks. Great appetizers although I only order the same thing haha. I visit each once each week that I can. Usually spend about $110-$120. That’s for two drinking at the bar with an appetizers or if not appetizers it’s an extra shot or two. Great place love the TouchTunes music box.

The wings were amazing full of flavor prepared with plenty of consideration for a parmesan encrusted wing addict. The salad was fresh and crisp, the pizza slices are large. I would get a small pizza next time it had the perfect amount of cheese, very authentic pizza sauce and tasty crust. Great date night spot or noon lunch destination with beer on tap.

the bartender was super nice.

I would have given 5 stars cause we LOVE this place, but this time it seemed off. The wings are what we come here for cause of how they are cooked ! This day was a little sad. The sauce seemed to be thrown on them. The flavor was still there though. They left an ingredient off our pizza, but the waitress caught it before it touched the table! I noticed NONE of the kitchen staff wearing any hair nets while having long hair and beards? Some had one glove on while touching multiple items with that same hand. Multiple people coming and going out of the kitchen many times ?

Way understaffed, An hour is too long to get served food. Carry out is slow also

Really wanted to give this place a better review but I couldn’t. Placed an order at 6:39PM to be picked up at 7:45PM since I’d be driving from FL to their location to stop halfway to NJ. Pulled up at 7:55PM and called, waited until about 8:15 until one of their servers came out and said the kitchen must have lost the ticket and they needed about 15 minutes to cook it. Said it’s fine, I understand, so I went across the street and unloaded my belongings to my hotel.I came back around 25 minutes later and waited a few more minutes in the parking lot (about 5 minutes, no big deal). Grabbed everything and went back to the hotel. Unloaded everything, opened the box, and it looked great until I took a bite. The dough was undercooked and the cheese not melted. I ended up heating up the pizza in the microwave for 30 seconds a slice and it came out a little better. Floppy, but at least the ingredients were cooked. I missed out on the good crunchy pizza they usually have, but I’d rather have soft and cooked than soft and doughy.Edit: bumped it up one more star to 3-star. I found some hotel cookwear and was able to reheat on the stovetop, the pizza came out much better than microwaving it.

The calzones are YUMMY! The staff is nice, it looks like somewhere I'd hang out at when I was a teenager! The prices are a little much, though. I understand they use healthy ingredients but this is more like a treat resturant for me! I love the layout of the place, I will definitely come back again.

I've been going to Mellow Mushroom for a few months now and it's one of my favorite restaurants to go to, it has a good atmosphere whether a fun joint to hangout and eat at for lunch or a good bar atmosphere for a night outing. The pizza is always good and there's a lot of options to choose from and the ability to have customations. Service is good and the food is consistent. Best part about this place in my opinion is that the food is flavorful and the interesting pizzas on the menu can pack a punch but it's easy on the stomach. It's one of the few places where it won't make you queezy or have issues with grease. All in all I'd recommend this place if you're looking for a good pizza for you money's worth.
