Absolute trash and I’ve been in the service industry so it takes a lot for me to say this. We’ve been to this location every now and then and every time has been horrible but we try to be understanding. Today on the other hand is absolutely ridiculous. We had a fairly easy order but was still incorrect when we received it. My fiancée went in to have his burgers made correctly while I stayed with the kids. 10 minutes later! He comes back with his 2 cheeseburgers that they had incorrectly made a second time. We finally just gave up and drove off. To then realize they had also messed up our daughters burger and given us the wrong drinks. Managaement and staff is a joke here.
Easily the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. I was asked to pull up to the front of the building because my food was not ready, no problem. 10 minutes later she brings out my nuggets but two medium fries were missing. I explained this to the lady, she said ok and walked back inside. A few minutes later a different lady walked out with one medium fry and said “I only see one on there”. I explained to her I ordered two and offered to show her my receipt which clearly shows 2. She said “no, it’s ok, her you go” and walks away. I shout “mamm, mamm, mamm”! As she walks back inside ignoring me. I had to walk inside to finally retrieve my second fry. I understand mistakes happen, but this employee refused to look at my receipt and ignored me as she walked back into the building.
Very rude services! They don't listen to your order and then make your order completly wrong twice! At that point might as well take the wrong order and just leave. Ridiculous to pay for something and they can't even get it right!
They don't take orders from the outer lane like they do the inner lane. I been waiting for my order to be taken like 3 orders ago. 3 in the inner lane went before me and I was there first. Make it make sense. I understand ppl have hard slow days but most of the customers are probably students and we have classes we need to be at and we need to be on time. We don't have time to wait for unfairly. That's why we try to come first so we can be served first.
As someone who works in the service industry, I completely understand what it's like to have staffing issues to where a shift goes completely south due to lack of help. Having said that, the person that was ringing the order, I could tell that he was struggling on how to ring certain things in. I know how that's like so I wasn't upset at that. After we paid for our order, we went to go find a seat. Had to settle for a dirty table due to all of them being extremely dirty. It took approximately 40 minutes for me and my wife's food to be served and when got our food, fries were unseasoned and the soft drinks tasted like dirt and metal. To make things even worst, I saw that what seemed like the manager, doing nothing to help the cashier out and and getting upset at him for not ringing thins in right when the managers did nothing to help get the lobby caught up. She only talked down to him. If you can't manage to keep your lobby clean and help your one cashier in the lobby out, then why don't you just focus on the drive thru only and close out the lobby. Needs new management and they need to make managers step up and be capable of help run the lobby and the drive thru. Will not be back at this location, but hope they get their stuff together.
ordered from doordash, they forgot my sauce, i called to ask if they were out to save me a trip from driving there to get some, and before i could even finish my question she interrupts me to say “you can come get it”. i start to ask again, and again i’m interrupted with “you can come get it” and she hangs up before i can have the chance to say anything. lose the attitude and maybe you wouldn’t be working at mcdonalds boo
Friendly people, as good as food from McDonald's get. You have to appreciate when people work in fast food and don't treat you like a burden. Keep up the good work!
Had a big order recently and I am pleased to say that they got everything right. The service was not the fastest but it was decent. The only hang up I had was the amount of salt on the fries…way too much. Beyond that this was your standard McDonalds experience.
Will manager was smoking when we got there then walked back in and started fixing drive thru food without washing his hand
Y'all just hire anyone, huh? Spent more time having to correct our order than we did eating.
