Worst McDonalds experience ever. I was passing through town, and pulled in with my wife to the drive through. When I got to the order microphone I was asked to wait. They then ignored me for 10 minutes. People behind me were angry and honking, and some abandoned the line and drove away. I tried asking the microphone if anyone was there, but the woman taking orders ignored me. I eventually became frustrated too, and drove off. I never got my McFlurry.I was so angry about the experience that I have zero desire to go back to any McDonalds anytime soon.This all happened around 5pm on Sunday May 22, if the manager is reading this.
They claim they are short staff, but the ones that are here move at a snails pace. Shut down dining area stating they were cleaning.....no one is attempting to clean. Out of ice, drinks are warm. French fries partially raw.
Delicious Filet o fish!!! Hot and crispy!! Enjoyed my sandwich and fries. Bathrooms were very clean!!! I will make it a point to stop here on my next Florence visit!!!
Consistently, the worst experience.Taking the kids to school, time is critical....everyone knows that but here...always a wait ...even if you are the only one ..."can you pull forward please"Oh SNAP!!!!! He ordered 2 sausage biscuits!! What we going to do...what we going to do!!!!Also received sour milk one morning...HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN!!this is not rocket scienceNot doing it any longer.Waffle House is a block away...call them or walk in....might be a few minutes longer but food is hot and service is genuine.
Filet o fish was old dry and nasty, fries were cold and service was so slow I almost walked out with no food. As it was I threw the food away and went somewhere else
Of course my 6 year old loves there happy meals. But they had good customer service and very nice staff.
The drive thru was quick and easy, my order was accurate.
Stopped in for lunch on the way down I-95. They were busy but the service was good and our order was right. Food was hot and good. The staff was working hard to keep the place clean.
Better service than any other time I went.
Not one table in the dining room was clean. No one was cleaning anything during my time dining, either. It was 3 pm and not at all busy. Couldn't provide a receipt for my order as I requested. Said printer was "down" and attitude was somewhat dismissive.Had to request napkins - there were none in the dispenser next to the soda fountain, which, along with the floor, was in need of major cleaning. Also had to request ketchup and salt. All in all a disappointment.
