Best McDonald's in town in my opion. I understand in the time towards what I hope the end of an pandemic employment everywhere is tuff. Here it's not the best but not the worst , they atleast are still trying weather being new or older employees. Just being nice goes along way .
They were fast and friendly. I give them 5 ⭐. Inside there restaurant was clean and bathroom as well. Keep up the great work.
No Toilet paper in any stall. No log of people checking the bathrooms. No sign with a number to call is dissatisfactory. Water pressure is minimal. No paper towels. The floor was dirty in the kitchen area. The front counter is cluttered and messy. The tables were disgusting. I’d rather eat out of a trash can.
I had never been in there before and had to pick up a delivery order. The order took an extra 20 minutes and they were not very busy. While I was in there a lady who worked there cussed a customer out up and down because he had parked farther than she wanted to walk to bring his food to him. She continued to complain about it for several minutes to herself but very loud. I asked about my order multiple times to be told they were working on it, even though the number didn’t show up on the board. The 4th time I asked one of the ladies said, “oh yeah, here” and grabbed the bag off of the table in the back and it had obviously been sitting there for a while. And all she was doing was talking to the other lady about cussing that customer out. And she knew I was waiting and had been waiting for a long time. This place is slack. Also, I’m the bathroom, instead of filling the toilet paper dispenser, the put the big roll of tp on the part of the toilet where you flush. I will never eat there or take another order there again.
Had 2 pull up & wait for Every Car (5 Total) behind Me 2 get their Food 1st before I got My Order. I only Ordered a McDouble & a McChicken yet it took Me nearly 20 minutes to get My Food. I'll Never going back to this Location again My Time is more Valuable than that & I've got Other, more important hings 2 Do. 4 sure.
If I could give a zero that’s what it would be. They never get the orders right. Always rude. They Literally cursed a customer out In the drive thru line in front of us. Waited 45 min for 3 mcChicken and 3 chz burgers for the order to be wrong 3 times. There were also 10+ customers having to take their food back in for missing and wrong orders. They put the chicken sand I returned back on the hot plate and then gave me the same one took it back in she opened it touched it and put it back up to be handed to someone else.
I order a burger @ the drive thru and it was black where it was burnt. And they had a nerve to try and give it to me. While sitting there waiting for refund a worker was using profanity so loudly I heard it through the drive thru window. Very unprofessional! I had enough of this McDonald's. Past experiences wasn't any better.
Had me waiting for about 30min for my order and they didn't even had it right worst place ever won't come here anymore slow slow
Long line... Tried to pay, they had forgotten my order... Went to pick up food at the next window, they didn't know my order.. but, when the food arrived it was correct. Someone inside knew what they were doing. Those at the window were clueless.
I order hot cakes and they were over cooked or over done because it was hard to bite into. I'm so tired of bad orders at McDonald's. This is my last time going there. Should have just cook my homemade pancakes. Don't waste your time going in the morning, noon or afternoon because they will mess up your order!
