This McDonald’s has very poor managers and staff some of the worst ordered double fish filet sandwich with cheese heavy tarter sauce and add pickles tomatoes and lettuce and got the receipt got my food checked it and it was wrong it was a nasty looking over cooked one patty no cheese no tater sauce or toppings at all took my sandwich back to the manager and showed her my receipt she took it back and had them to refix it once again before I left I checked my order still only one patty and just cheese so took it back again and showed her the receipt again so she said give me a min she had them fix it again I checked while in front of her it was right . The very next day I went back ordered the same meal as well as a double quarter pounder with cheese after a 40 min wait my food was ready I checked it and I once again had a single fish patty instead of a double and my double quarter pounder was only a regular quarter pounder my fish had nothing in it I showed the manager the receipt she gets and attitude snatches the food out of my hand so very rude and disrespectful and then says to me it will be fixed in a min and when she gives it back to me a bit later she practically throws the bag at me and says there , I check it before leaving still not right I tell I tell her one more time finally after 3 times of redoing it , it is right . This manager and the employees surely do need a whole lot of training at this Lucas street location in Florence sc . I won’t be back and I won’t recommend this McDonald’s to anyone .
The manager (?) In the red shirt who was working June 1st at 4am tell at least 2pm... woman needs a break and a raise. Super busy in there and she was all over the place trying to get the other workers to do their jobs and listen. She was great! Food came out quick for us and was on point. I never had a better Carmel frappe than this one!! One fellow was having issues with their order but the manager play seen it got handled quickly and made sure to keep them happy while doing so. She had her hands so full. She's an amazing worker thank you chicka, your amazing!!!
Parking lot was full! I parked in a mobile pick-up space and selected that option for my order. My order did not appear as expected so I went inside. My order came up just as I arrived at the counter. Fries and sandwich were hot and prepped as requested. I ended eating in since I was already inside and other mobile parking spaces were empty.
They got my order wrong. Toilets were broken and almost impossible to flush. My almost 5 year old went up to ask for sauce (they got his wrong) and they yelled he had to pay for it (which we already did they just didn't get it correct). Only rated 2 stars because we had been traveling 8 hours and the lobby was open to eat inside.
The “fast” in “fast food” is super subjective here. But hey atleast they’re working right? Meh. And corporate doesn’t care so you’re stuck with what you got. No thanks, ihop/Waffle House does Togo and it’s about the same price. Spend your money else where to force change in the “quantity over quality” business model.
The service is horrible at this location, the staff never gets the order correct. Then the manager argues when your orders are wrong and doesn't want to make it correctly. I've had several issues here and I knew better but I stopped anyway. Never again!!!
This is the best McDonald's that I have been too in a long time. Food hot and your order is correct.
My favorite place. The staff is quick and efficient. Gets my order perfectly done every time, especially my iced coffee.
This was by far the best McDonald's I've visited in a long time. The fries were really hot and the Coke was so great!
This place was gross, bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned at all, the soda area was a mess and soaking wet, very slippery. Service was difficult, it was not a good stop at all. Skip this one
