All McDonald's are not created equal. And this one is lesser for me. I am a customer that does not mind paying for what I ask for, so if there is a cost for more tartar sauce, more cheese, extra tomato or no lettuce, why is that a problem for whoever is fixing my sandwich? If you don't like tomatoes that has nothing to do with Me. I am the reason why you get paid, please me! Go out of your way to please me...I am fed up with workers not wanting to work, with Workers acting like they are doing somebody a favor by coming to work and SMILE please? It doesn't hurt....

Stopped here for lunch on a road trip with my mom and 2 young children. Staff was very friendly and we got our food quickly. However, when I asked for a high chair for my 1 year old, they told me they never got them back after covid started. This was the first restaurant I have gone to that hasn’t had high chairs. Then I order my fries cooked fresh. They were barely warm, not salted, barely cooked and clearly the oil they were using needed to be replaced. Our burgers were very dry. The only thing that was really hot were my kids chicken nuggets. The bathrooms also needed some attention.

Let’s start with the positives… the two people I spoke with were friendly.Unfortunately, that wasn’t quite enough to make up for the fact I waited for 30 min in the drive thru. At the order location they told me it was showing they didn’t have any of the items on my order but that they did and I should pull ahead. I asked twice- are you sure? So you do actually have the items? Wait another 10 min or so getting up to pickup window where they inform me “sorry yeah we don’t have any of the stuff you ordered.”

I had breakfast Big hot cakes with Sausage from here and the service was great and the food was fresh and delicious and absolutely hot! McDonald's has stepped up their Game a little bit don't have to take my word for it just gotta go try it for yourself I'm sure you will not be surprised of the improvements.... go ahead give them a try??

Placed a curbside order weighted 25 minutes tried to go in and get the food but all doors were locked. In her drive-thru to pick up my curbside order. The service is unacceptable. This is the second time this has happened

Took forever for curbside and they spilled caramel all of the outside of the cup and didn't wipe it off. Y'all can do better.

I had an order that was worth $80. I waited 45 minutes in my car. The order was incorrect, the burgers were not cooked and the food was cold. The fries were cooked in grease that needed to be changed. I get that we are all struggling with staff issues but there is no reason for such poor service. The staff inside had terrible attitudes which I am sure was the public being rude but still staff has to keep it together and be nice. The only person in a good mood was the lady at drive through taking orders and money from the customers great job.I can honestly say I want be back to this location.

Randomly closed because the weather channel said there MAY be snow later.Look guys- I'm just not going to bother with this location anymore. I'm never sure if you guys will be open or not so I'll just save myself the frustration and eat at another restaurant.

Gave me the wrong drink, missed half my order, and I was too exhausted after waiting 40 minutes in the drive thru to argue anymore, including several minutes of dead silence waiting to have my order taken and several more waiting to pay at the window. I can only be nice and assume they were criminally understaffed, but it was a semi-late breakfast, not a lunch rush. There's no call for that kind of wait when there isn't anyone being served in the drive thru.

completely wrong order. have filed complaint with corporate 6 days ago and still no follow up or refund on order. still not sure how you mix up a quarter pounder and a fish filet
