Been holding off on a review hoping it would get better but I just keep getting let down.Tables are never bussed as employees are just playing around. Playing around so much that they throw things from the kitchen to try to hit other employees 2 feet away and end up hitting customers in line. Then laugh about it as they tell other employees what they did. It’s like no manager is ever on duty, and if that’s the case, when the cats away the mice sure do play.
the food was delicious but every time you go somewhere the food is good they don't give you enough!
I think they have some of the most wonderful beautifully put together and tasty salads there are.At a reasonable price as well.
Club wrap was delicious, tomato and cucumber was good. Downside was I never got my diet Dr pepper with black cherry,and they gave me the wrong chips for my husband. He wanted bbq but he got sea salt. Also I was supposed to get a pickle with my wrap and never got that. But other than those things wrong,the food was good.
Today was my first time eating from this restaurant, and I told the cashier that took my order that today was my first time visiting. After she took my order she stepped over to the office where other people were sitting and started talking. Another young man then came to the register and began taking the orders for the customers that came in after me. I ordered my food to go, so after waiting for abut 10 mins 1 of the cook’s goes over to the office and says, I need one of you to come bag the food. The young lady said ok, but instead she went back to gossiping yes she was gossiping I could hear what was being said, so the man that was in the office with her saw me looking in their area and pulled the girl in the office and closed the door, instead of sending her out to bag my food. Maybe they were on break I don’t know, however they showed no respect for my time, if your own employee has to stop her job and come ask for help for someone to bag the customers food, why would you not shut that conversation down and attend to your customers. The food was ok but after that customer service I experienced on my first visit, I won’t be going back.
It took a little while to get our food, but it was good and hot. Went to dinner for girls' night out.
Stopped by just before 6pm tonight to eat. Walked in and found no one in line and only other one couple eating in the entire restaurant. 6 tables were filthy (covered in discarded food and trash). Those were the tables I counted during our brief stay. Nobody was attempting to clean up. I was stunned at how dirty the place was, having frequently eaten there in the past. What bothered me, aside from the filth and the number tables needing to be cleaned, was the lack of interest or embarrassment of the working staff of the appearance of the establishment. I didn't ask for a manager, since if one was there, they were ineffective. Instead, we went elsewhere for dinner after my wife said she would be uncomfortable eating food prepared in such a dirty restaurant.
We ordered take out. First, food was cold and all three orders had something wrong with them. They put cheese on a salad, which we asked for none, left out the dressing from the order. Left out butter and sour cream from baked potato order, and left out the au jus from another order. Never again will we be ordering from that place.
Their sandwiches are great and the staff is always friendly, plus they have the best tea n town! I love they offer rewards and after my husband and I eat there a couple of times I have enough reward points to get a free sandwich! Their delivery service is quick and has always be accurate. Always a great go to meal when I don’t feel like cooking or going out to pick up something to eat.
I was very unhappy with this trip. Even though it wasn't extremely busy, the dining room was dirty with hardly any tables to sit at because they hadn't been cleared from previous customers. We also had to wait for over 20 minutes for our food.
