Fantastic food and even more fantastic people! Staying one night in Florence during our road trip NYC to FL and had this restaurant just around the corner. Real and fresh ingredients, authentic food and good beer too. Staff was superfriendly and hospitality outstanding, reasonable prices! Fajita salad is highly recommended!
The best Mexican food and drinks you will ever eat. Great staff and atmosphere. You gotta try the house margarita, you are at margaritas. ?????
This one is a hidden gem in Florence. Our family of 2 adults and 2 children enjoyed the very delicious food, colorful setting, and friendly and attentive staff in our way from Canada to Florida. The place was very nice and clean; and the service was fairly quick. The portions were very generous and the meat to die for. We will definitely visit again!
We drove into Florence tired and hungry from driving most of the day. We picked Margarita’s because we like Mexican food, it was convenient and it had great reviews. We were not disappointed. The menu had some very nice menu options, draft Dos Equis for my husband and a freshly brewed ice tea for me. Courteous waiter, quick service and good food. I even took a picture of our beef and chicken fajitas.

DELICIOUS!! We were looking for a Mexican restaurant near our hotel and Google gave us La Bamba as one of the choices, but once you click on it, you get Margarita’s…so glad we went there. It was a busy night but we were well taken care of. Super friendly staff. So many choices to pick from - both our dishes were VERY TASTY, very well seasoned!! Highly recommend this place. Will definitely return if ever in the area again.
Ate here multiple times while I stayed in Florence for weeks. (@ staybridge motel) Everything I ordered was delicious and HUGE PORTIONS. Probably best Mexican food in the area. There's a old family ran hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant in the MB-S.C. area that I love and this was comparable to that. Just a tad more expensive. (Worth it for huge portions!) Definitely check em out! Fajita meal for 2 was my favorite.
I love this place. We follow this family no matter where they go. Always great food and great atmosphere. It always feels like home when I come visit!

I was hankering for a steak after driving 600 miles; the bisteca a la papilla was great; perhaps a bit much for a 70+ year old man, but as good as I expected. It was a thin cut ribeye on a sizzling platter with cartelized onions, peppers, and mushrooms (a tad salty, maybe from the rub on the steak). With a great chopped salad (lettuce and tomatoes) dressed with sour cream, and the usual beans and rice. Plenty to eat and a great price. My wife was less hungry and had a fajita quesadilla that came with the same salad. A nice road meal. We would come back when our travels bring us this way. BTW, I reserve five star ratings for places that are outstanding, so four stars is the best I would give for a road stop like this one. It deserved it.
