I ordered an XL cheese & pepperoni pizza & crazy bread over the phone because the app wouldn't let me. Girl who took the order told me 45min -1 hour for delivery. After almost an 1 1/2 hours I called to check on the pizza delivery and was told that he was on the way. After I asked about the 45 min to 1 hour delivery time, I was told that they were behind because they only had 2 drivers. Told the girl that all they had to do was explain that to begin with and would not had a issue with that. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold. I called the store and was told they could credit my account ( I'm in Florence on vacation - what good what it do to credit my account?) or remake another pizza and re-deliver that would have taken another 45 min - to 1 hour. Lady half heartedly apologized and hung up on me with no resolution. Wouldn't order from here if you want hot pizza delivered on time!
Ordered the personal size small pizza in cheese and pepperoni. Both were delicious and very reasonably priced. One of the better pizzas around.
1/28 - Marcos pizza-$25 credit for completely messed up order. Placed order on 4/23 to receive credit that was owed. Was told we had to pay $26.27 for the order. Told cashier that we had a $25 credit and was told she’d have to get the manager. Supposed manager came up front and said they found our credit in the office and they would give us the credit. Problem - the pizza, wings and breadsticks we ordered an hour ago was given away or not made. We asked to speak to a manager or the restaurant owner and was told they don’t have a manager and refused to give a manager or owners name. We asked for the return of the $25 they owed us from January and was told they wouldn’t give it to us. We have already filed an official complaint with the corporate office and will definitely call to speak to someone Monday.
Ok i don't get it !! I left a review of my Superbowl pizza that i had to throw away because it was soaked in dripping oil ! The owner did respond and wanted to make it right. But because i didnt have the reciept nothing was done. Since then, ive ordered two more extra large pizzas as i have done for years. The second pizza was not as bad as the Superbowl pizza but still wasent good but i made no complaint. Now tonight i ordered another extra large pepperoni with green peppers this is on 3_3/22 and another oil soaked soggy pizza that we threw away again. Now we are at $60.00 down the drain! I dont get it ! Marcos of Florence used to be awesome all the time! If the owner wanted to make it right he would invite me to the restaurant and make it right! Im not trying to bash my local Marco's but this is rediculous!
Ordered a Philly cheesesteak sub and wings the wings had no sauce and were nasty and the sub was undercooked complete waste of money
When i received the pizza it was over cooked. I am very disappointed . It taste over cooked as well.
I have picked up pizza for the family from here 3 or 4 times in the past 2 months (Dec 2021 - Jan 2022) and have been really happy with it. Their online ordering system is awesome and their brownies are possibly my favorite thing...ever.
The best pizza place in Florence! Food is fresh & good. Delivery is fast. If there are any problems they are quick to fix!
I placed an online delivery order on January 20, 2022 for a deluxe pizza bowl. After receiving the order I noticed a lot of pepperonis under the cheese and vegetables. It was so many pepperonis that the pizza bowl was not edible and was made like this on purpose. I also ordered Old World pepperoni in place of regular pepperoni. When I called the store each time I was put on a long hold and then the phone hung up twice. I was a loyal customer but not anymore. I will make sure other people know about their horrible customer service and food preparation.
I love wings but these are terrible. They’re so soggy and RUBBERY! I ate 2 and so did my boyfriend and we threw them away it made me sick chewing on soggy, rubbery skin. Also if you look close enough on the middle wing there is a hair! Stay away from their wings ?!!!
