One of the worst cups of coffee I've ever had. The man up front was incredibly unfriendly and couldn't be bothered with a slightest bit of warmth. We are moving to the area and are big coffee consumers and definitely will not be returning here.
Customer service is awsome! Coffe is good but it does not come hot as I would like it.

Wasn't paying attention to the time and showed up 5 minutes before closing. The door was open, the open sign was on, and there were customers sitting at outside tables. We were informed that they where closed and would not serve us. The owner was not present, maybe if they were it may have gone differently, but who knows. This is the second time we attempted to go to this store. The first time is was fully closed during their posted hours. I assumed it was because of finding help in this day and age, but who truly knows? Anyway, there won't be a third attempt.
Always so great going to Lula's. Baristas are nice and the atmosphere is welcoming and cozy.
The staff was amazing! The food especially the homemade blueberry muffins were off the chain and apparently made in house by Aubry. She and her coworker were as attractive as they were hospitable and knowledgeable about the coffee shops menu. All in all I have nothing but great things to say about Lula's coffee shop. Any time I'm in Florence I'll make it a point to stop in again.
I needed a cold coffee but also a mocha, so he was able to get me what I wanted by mixing those two and got me the BEST cold brew/mocha drink I have ever tried.Nice and chill atmosphere, can easily work there.
