There is a waitress here name Jennifer and when I tell you she is amazing for what she did for me. We were having a family surprise party and my steak come out a little burnt. I tried to eat some, but didn’t not want anymore. Jennifer came with take out plates and asked everyone if they needs one and when she got to me, I just replied no thank you it was a little burnt. I was just to pay for my food because we had a awesome time. The manager came to the table and asked me about the steak and explained about the grill and made it a new steak to take home with Broccoli. He stated Jennifer told him to come talk to me. I must say that was magnificent service and I applauded them for that. Definitely have a lifetime customer
The whole experience was great. We have been coming to this restaurant since it opened. Saturday was a date so we called ahead and put our name on a 2 hour wait list. (I'm pregnant with cravings so waiting is no big deal). We got there with about 45 min to spare and sat at the bar to wait. After only 30 min we got our table. Zeke was our waiter and he was excellent! We had the wild west shrimp (always perfect), Two salads, hubby had a porterhouse and sweet potato and I had the parmesan crusted chicken with a baked potato. The porter house was grilled to perfection. And my chicken was sooo tender I couldn't believe it. It always seems like when we go out our food is sub-par but that night everything was right on point as well as the service.
Had a gift card I'd been hoping to use and finally got the chance on my trip to Florence. When I say the food here was so good, every dish would be something I'd try again from the LH burger,the yummy wings which were huge in size,and the firecracker sticks(they were so awesome). Also would like to mention our waitress, Jennifer, super kind and was on point from the time we were seated til the time we departed. Definitely will return again.
This place had great customer service tonight, and awesome preparation time. I placed my order then my grandbaby decided she wanted steak after my order was ready. I called back explained to the manager and they prepared her order in a timely manner. Everything looked and tasted delicious ?!! Thanks for making this happen.
Wife had the parm chicken and absolutely loved it. Salmon and Brussel sprouts did become part of the clean plate club.They need a bigger bread oven to avoid the lack of delicious bread.Overall great food, no big complaints ?
Service was slow, saw five are six people working there but only two actually working. Took over an hour and a half to get seated, order and get our food was seriously considering leaving. When food finally came out it was cold but we had that must time invested we decided to eat it. Two side notes, I went to the bathroom, while entering someone was smoking, there was no paper towels. Place was a mess. When we left your restaurant their was a group standing outside, nearly blocking the enter exit door. They were smoking, blowing smoke in customers face, cussing n being loud and rude. Someone needs to Police this restaurant, the manager isn't doing their job inside and out. I'll never go there again.
Had my birthday dinner at Longhorn, and it was great as always! The steak was delicious, salad and baked potato was so good. The portions are plenty. You get your money's worth. Our server was on top of everything, and very polite. Great experience! Can't wait to go back!!
I can never go wrong eating longhorns salmon! It’s cooked to perfection each and every time, even with a Togo order nothing is ever missing. Always a great experience!
Behalf of Graham family in regards to the manager Joshua on correcting a past order. Leaving message on half of Mrs. Graham and wanted to thank Joshua for the awesome customer service as well with our meal. Everything was perfect while there was a rush!
Service was good for Togo, she came out to check on a replacement substitute item which was cool. But this Parmesan “crusted” chicken was basically smothered in American deli cheese with the smallest sprinkle of the crunchy topping I was expecting. Never ordering this again.
