I was told it would be 5 minutes but waited 45 minutes for a pizza and cheese bread
They are very unprofessional don't know how to answer the phone for one didn't have what I ordered when I get there just made what they thought I would want than when I changed my order because I didn't I get home open the boxes wrong pizzas called to ask for their corporate number was to rudely you gotta look that up yourself and I did definitely calling first thing in the morning since their closed now
The past 5 visits it has taken at least 1 hour to get a pre-order pizzA. Never again. Will I go to there. This is the 2nd loop location
So easy when you use the app. Just walk in and pick up your pizza ? ?.
5$ pizza with a 15m wait late evenings.. still worth it

Best one in Florence. Customer service skills not the best the food is on point 95% of the time.
This place is really hit or miss... sometimes you come in and you can get a good fresh pizza in and out quick, and other times your walking in and waiting 10-15 minutes with a lobby full of people for a pizza that may be mediocre. It's really just a roll of the dice with this place.
Much better service than the 3231 west palmetto location and the front staff doesn't seem to cuss in front of customers. Online order has always been ready when I walk in the door!
So hard to beat these guys. The price is right for sure.
