So Little Caesars on second Loop has been getting some bad reviews yes. However tonight I have to commend all of the workers the manager who stepped up and made things right. I called in and told them that there was a mistake made on my order. No questions asked she gave me a free pizza with toppings of my choice. They took responsibility for a mistake another manager may have done. So I give them thumbs up for trying to get things right at that location, because of another person's mistake

Never had a pizza come out so slow. It actually wasn't slow. Turns out the girl who is in charging of updating things was messing up the experience for everyone. Got fed up and went in only to find out they were already ready. To double that up, turns out they are out of ham. The girl working the counter got rude with us and thankfully one of the back workers heard and came up and handled the situation. He took our pizza back and offered us any pizza of our choice as an apology for her. I hope that kid is or becomes the manager. He deserves it, best example of customer service (in food industry) I've had since coming to SC. This place deserves a one star because of the girl working May 24th at 9 PM. But I'm adding a five star only cause I don't want to do anything that may put that kids job in jeopardy.

The Lil Ceasers in Florence, SC on 2nd Loop Rd. is a terrible place to eat and food is nasty. The business will not answer phone for call ins but when I went inside the whole "gang" was sitting around on their cell phones barely getting up to assist the walk in customers. This is an ongoing problem and has happened numerous times. If you value your money, quality food, and good service I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.?????

Horrible..Pizzia was burnt and cheese bread

Employees are extremely unprofessional and very unwelcoming. The environment feels so hostile...the food is not worth the experience

I am in love with their cheese bread and they have great prices on all their items but unfortunately I have had terrible customer service in most but not all of the locations I have been to

It was lunch and I was with my 5 year old. The cashier was having troubles... its happens. I have had problems at this location with the wait time but the manager made sure I was happy before I left! My pizza was Hot, Fresh and taste was ALL on point! By far my best experience. Thank you so much!!!!

The pizza was good but they were severely understaffed. I ordered well in advance and still had to wait 30 minutes on hot n ready pizzas - that were clearly ready. The person that waited on us was either very new or very addled. Still giving them 4 stars because the pizzas were good (I ordered 6 for my childs birthday party) and the fact that they were understaffed and/or poorly trained wasn't there fault, it's a management issue. Maybe they'll be better prepared next time.

Today I made an order online. This was so my food would be ready by the time my husband arrived. I placed my order at 4pm and receive a email at 4:50pm stating it was ready. When my husband arrived a little after 5pm they never started my order. He had to wait 30 minutes on our food! We all know how frustrating this is but to top it off they weren’t even busy!!
