I ask the lady at the window to make sure there were spoons inside with my order but after going to the park to eat I found none.I called to complain to the DM at the store but was told it's not their fault and they work hard and to go ahead and call corporate if I wanted to. So I will. Lousy management skills ! They wont get my money again.
Workers were very rude and disrespectful. Ordered in the app and they didn’t have some of the items. Instead of telling me they just handed me the food and I had to ask where the rest of my food was. Acted like they were too good to even talk to me.
No inside dining. But the chicken. Is awsome as always. Loved the nashville hot tenders.
Very unprofessional. Got cursed out at the drive thru by an employee and had to get my money back after waiting in line for 20 minutes. But this is what I expect from a grown person who only has enough sense to hold a job paying $7.25 an hour. Idk why I expected more.

Not good to go to If you can't go in why its a limit on coupons and was simply stuff like one items I just cancel my order went across the street used my 3 coupons at Hardee's food was fresh and great KFC didn't want my money or my service ???Dony worry about me again KFC just that one on IRBY street in Florence
