Today's visit was unpleasant. I ordered a Frisco hamburger with no tomato add lettuce they got the no tomato right but they did not add the lettuce. Not only was my hamburger Patty burnt but I'm pretty sure they made the burgers thinner now. The French fries were warm at best. I came during the lunch hour rush so I would think I would get some hot French fries. I did not address the issues with management because you could tell it wouldn't make a difference.
Food was ok, fried chicken was good, biscuit was very hard/stale. Staff were very disorganized. No soap in the restroom, so I don’t want to think about what that means!
I went there and the cashier was so great.She had a positive attitude.
I ordered a plain biscuit and hash rounds. When I received my food my biscuit was as hard as a hockey puck and had a small curly black hair on top. I informed the cashier at the drive thru window and simply asked for another biscuit, softer if possible. (Drive thru window open) when the cashier informed her coworker of my request she said "A soft biscuit humph she gotta come early for that". And on top of all of this I still didn't get a sorry, my bad, my apologies for the inconvenience.....Nothing. This Hardee's sucks and needs some new employees. 0 stars. 01/26/2022, 9:23am.
Clean restaurant and friendly employees.Food was tasty and staff all had hairnets and masks on.Very pleased with the service.
This place is horrible. Customer services wack. Waiting more than 30 minutes for some fast food on a slow night
Come here with a buddy of mine and went through the drive-thru, we ordered a number two with a Coke zero and a number three with a sweet tea, wound up getting two number three's instead, didn't feel like explaining the whole thing so we went through the drive-thru again and just ordered a number two but this time added a Frisco sandwich, they still managed to screw up the order,

Tried The Big Hardee burger. Wilted lettuce, stale bread, way too much sauce, meat over cooked.
We visit the Lucas Street location often, twice this week. We have not had any issues with except of the noticed personal hygiene of the young lady that took the payment at the drive thru HAD THEE DIRTIEST FINGER NAILS. Did you work at the mechanic shop before coming to Hardee's ? They were all semi-frieny. The food was hot and fresh.
