This restaurant is proof that customer service is not dead. This is our monthly morning date spot. The place is always packed but the staff is friendly & fast, the food is delicious, and the bathrooms are clean.
Stopped there on our way to Atlanta, really enjoyed our breakfast, the service was quick and the food was great!
Been to several Eggs Up and this was the worst one. Hash browns were very greasy and tasted like rancid oil--cook prolly used a dirty pan and old oil. Eggs were from powder and the veggie omlet I had was also very oily. Waitstaff was excellent but food was nasty. Do not recommend.

Florence is one of my charging stops. It’s rare to find places to eat early in the morning near most chargers. I dropped in to my surprise the breakfast and service was exceptional.
Our first visit to the Florence location and it was absolutely terrific! Food was delicious, reasonably priced and restaurant was very clean. Best of all, our server Garrett was wonderful - polite, helpful and cheerful! We'll definitely be back!
I had a veggie omelette with home fries. The breakfast food not well prepared. The potatoes were burnt, avocado bad and the other veggies were not fresh. Overall the sautéed veggies were greasy and the plate presentation had burnt grease on and around the rim of the plate. The employees were loud. This dining experience was less than enjoyable. I will not return and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet environment with well prepared meal.
Understanding that most restaurants are short staffed , I expected a longer wait time. However, I also expected my order to be hot and not lukewarm. Overall, the service and food was good.
Witnessed one of the waitresses talk about their google review a door dash employee left. Very unprofessional to bash in front of customers. Even after she saw that I heard her she continued to talk. If you don’t like your job do better and find another job you may enjoy. Food was ok, nothing to write home about.
My wife and I ate breakfast there for the first time this morning and it was very good! She really enjoyed her grand classic and I had a shrimp grits omelet. The seasoning was light. The amount of food was more than enough. The host and waiter was very nice and talkative also!
