Don’t bother with this dunkin. They dgaf about your order. Gave my child raw bacon and acted like we were a problem. Spent way too much money here for them to treat us like we don’t matter
They are so inconsistent it's not even ok.... The lobby is a guessing game if it's even open so just go through the drive thru but then your food might be decent... As far as the gas station they're in it's great, clean and friendly staff
My machiato didn't even have coffee in it, it was literally flavored milk. And my boyfriend got a bacon crossiant, they only put a half piece of bacon on it, and put the other half of the piece on my bacon avocado toast.
JUST ORDERED A CARMEL MACCHIATO THE ABSOLUTE WORST COFFEE I EVER HAD BURNT COFFEE ISNT VERY GOOD. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE
Just stopped in for a really good caramel iced coffee with whipped cream.
They made my coffee wrong, but I'm traveling so I couldn't go back.
Dirty, terrible restrooms and couldn't even make a purchase after that experience. Get it together

Was the first customer in line. 2/3 of the donuts I ordered were out of stock. I also ordered 1 bacon egg and cheese croissant and a ham and cheese croissant and they were cold and inedible. Really bad experience.
I work close to this location and I will say for a solid week there service has been below poor. They don't have donuts in stock they don't even have coffee in stock the drinks I have ordered were always different and never consistent. Just today I was told they were put of expresso but watch another customer order and receive the exact drink I requested but was told was not in stock. The staff is run on skeleton crew and there work ethic is complete garbage. Seems more like the staff still working doesn't even want to work. Worst dunkin store location by far from Florence to Conway. Avoid this dunkin and wait the extra 45 mins down 501 to Conway dunkin and get much better service with a full menu.
