The employee was on her phone when we pulled up to the window and was in no rush to wait on us. She did not greet us at all, just rudely grabbed the debit card from my husband's hand. She hurriedly shoved our 2 dozen donuts at my husband still having not said a word to us. After my husband told her thank you and to have a good day she replied "you're welcome" with a much unwarranted attitude.
People form the Carolinas are so nice. Nothing like Southern living i guess. Stopped for a coffee during the drive. Gentleman behind the counter was great. Coffee was good. Place was clean and bathrooms spotless. Good stop
Rude horrible employee and so called general manager, I pick up for delivery prepaid ordered ahead mobile order and they claim I had to wait in line when you order mobile you are not supposed to wait behind everyone else. It was only a coffee. And they employee lady there had customers ganging up on me getting involved, just cause they didn't wanna wait. The general manager there the white guy acting scared, said he wasn't there didn't know what was said, when I complain to hom about the rudeness. Shocking and unprofessional. I will be calling corporate against them and I also called door dash customer service as well to make a report. Never again and I'm telling it to everyone I know to avoid this situation and place.
I went in to get the new avocado toast. The staff were courteous, efficient and so nice! Great job to all at Florence Evans Street DD!
The food and beverages are always good - if they have what you want in stock (they were out of several ingredients today). The staff is generally friendly, but seems overly hurried. The waits at this location are longer than some other Dunkin locations. I go because it is a location convenient to my kids school. I would go more often if it operated more smoothly.
Very poor attitude. Donuts tasted old. Tea was like diluted water with food coloring. Compared to Krispy Kreme, shouldn't be in business, everything there so much better.
I come from NYC I have been buying coffee from D&D since I was a teenager . My grandmother ,uncles , aunts and my dad has brought coffee donuts etc. Always had everything . Then I moved to South Carolina which there wasn’t any here until one days my hubby contacted you guys to bring some stores down here which you guys did. They were open 24hr which we loved it then the tile change and these pass could of years it has been going down and down . This store never has any supply and the service sucks and it makes really sad that it makes me not to get my services anymore and I really don’tWant to do that . Please have someone check and hire people that want to come to work and enjoy their jobs .
it has literally been 2 years of me writing reviews and complaining and the dunking donuts on west Evans Street in Florence sc has yet to have jelly donuts. they refuse to make knowing the demand is there. and they just don't care. the manager of this place is just a rude person and her attitude is disgusting. no customer service skill are available at all at this store. I really wish theynwould hire new.mngt and cater to there customers needs. FYI its 8 am and they said they don't have jelly donuts. I legit hate this store.
I was upset this morning when I went to this particular Dunkin'. I ordered 2 dozen jelly filled donut holes and was told they only had a dozen and a half, so I got that instead. When I got to the window I was charged then I was handed two large boxes. I questioned my order vs what I received (I knew a dozen and a half donut holes shouldn't be in such large boxes) and was then told they don't even sell donut holes at that location. I did get a refund, however I also feel like I should have been able to keep what was originally given to me instead of passing it back through the window for some other person to receive later, especially with COVID still running rampant throughout the country. I know that personally I wouldn't want to get anything, especially food, that had been handled by another person.
The coffee was amazing, however the service wasn't, very slow to acknowledge you and the place had customers but it wasn't pack ....the drive thru wasn't pack it was around 10am the rush hour was over.
