Ordered hour and half ago, they claim only 1 delivery driver. A) if you are understaffed, stop taking orders. You have to make a promise to the customers that order to be happy. B) it said in tracker it was ready an hour and twenty minutes ago. If it comes in cold from literally sitting for an hour I’m doing a chargeback. Quality before quantity people!
I called and placed an order at 7 and was told it would be 30-45 minutes for delivery. I called back at 8:40 and was told that it would be another hour to an hour and a half before it was delivered and that they haven't even started making my order. I canceled my order and asked for a refund. Don't waste your time.Edited to add: I get a knock on my door at 10 and it's the delivery driver. They didn't even tell the driver they had canceled my order. I called back and the woman I spoke to the first time didn't cancel my order or give me a refund.
I used to love Dominos pizza but unfortunately it's my least favorite pizza place now. The pizza slices are super tiny, the pizza always seems like its overcooked, the garlic on the pizza takes away from the flavor of the actual pizza. I'm not a fan anymore?The only good thing about this particular Dominos is the wait times and delivery times are never bad and the staff is always very friendly.
What a horrible experience!!! I took almost 2 hours to get our food. I called the local store on W Palmetto St and was told other people are waiting over 2 hours. What kind of answer is that? I work way to hard for the money I make and I will never spend another dime at places like this. Treat your customers with respect and know that we can choose to spend our money at other pizza places here in Florence, S.C.

Pick up is usually ready within 10 - 20 minutes. The bottom of the pizza has never been soggy/greasy from to much oil. Just a perfect pizza every time.Staff are always super nice.
I travel for a living and this is by far the worst location I have ordered from. They are faking your online status on the tracker so that they can show the boss that they made orders ontime. Mine popped as being delivered in 20 min. Awesome! 2 minutes later it showed delivery complete. I called the store and they said, oh he will be there in 5 to 10 min max. I got a call back after 10 min and said that they haven't even started my order and couldn't for another 30-40 min, and it would then take 15 min more to deliver. I had them just cancel. They need better direction from corporate as they are terrible.

Place was clean employees were nice answer any questions I had! And got to watch them make my pizzas!
Terrible customer service and terrible training given to staff. Wait times are ridiculous would not recommend.
