I travel a lot up and down the east coast. Every time I am in SC, I stop by here at least once. The associates here are welcoming and awesome. I love the food. They have a really good selection. At the moment, they are doing some repairs to the place and they are a bit under staffed. They are also patient and kind so the good outweigh the bad. I would definitely recommend.

So the building is busted...it looks abandoned. The drivethru menu doesn't work. I placed my order online site unseen but hey sometimes the greatest food comes from the most busted up looking buildings. So the brisket although a tad dry was really good. The potato casserole was really good. The greenbeans didn't have much flavor other than pepper. I also got onion rings I couldn't eat because of the salt....wow the salt. They were cooked perfectly though.I didn't hate it but doubt I'll go back.

Honestly I’m not sure how this place is even still open. I suspect it will shut down in the next year. You feel dirty when you walk in. It doesn’t even look like it is open when passing by. Lots of pot holes in the parking lot. The windows are nasty. This place has completely gone down hill since it opened. Go somewhere else.

Ordered on ubereats and was so disappointed. The portion of meat for the price was ridiculous. The brisket was all fat, the turkey was processed meat not real turkey. I was so hoping to find good bbq here but no, it was not worth the money at all. Bbq should have smoked flavor this was just oven baked. Will not recommend, save your money.

I ordered 2 meals through doorsmdash from here. Both arrived cold. And part of one was missing. I spent about $50 for those 2 meals and barely got anything in the box. Some meat that you can get from Walmart and a stale bread roll. After eating my meal I began to feel ill. I eventually felt so bad that I went to the emergency room. They looked me over and determined that I had food poison. And they suspect the food I ate from this restaurant is what caused it.So I will never get food from here again. And I will advocate against it to anyone I know.Really if you don't want to get sick stay away from this place. If you have children or elderly relatives they might not be as lucky.

The real deal! Excellent brisket sandwich and perfect pulled pork! Friendly service and reasonable prices. We got two sandwiches to go and two different sauces. Easy parking for our 26’ trailer and truck. Restaurant is right off I95 so it was a quick lunch stop for us. Definitely the location is perfect if you’re driving through SC and HAVE to have BBQ before you get across the border!

As usual the cooked foos was great and the dinning area was clean. the lady behind the counter and man dishing up the food were friendly. which was odd because the lady usually is no frills all business but cordial. its like they hated one another and it showed. so why the low marks over good food? the soft serve ice cream has always been something to look forward to but since the pandemic it has not been available. instead you are given a little cup of vanilla ice with no cream.it is freeezer burnt sheets of ice that has no flavor. who can tell me why this is?

Delicious BBQ. Price was ok. Not huge portion size. Good selection of meats. Very nice staff. Facility was just the tiniest bit run down. I enjoyed my meal very much.

Sadly in the 3 states myself and my family live in all of our Dickeys are gone. I was pleasantly surprised as we were gonna make a u turn just having missed Mc Donald's I was like YOOOO it's Dickey's we cant get that anymore let's go. I've never seen Dickey's in a drive through format maybe in a place that mightve been an old Wendy's or BK location, and even though the intercom didnt work the and the Menu was smaller formatted than the actual frame that holds it so it doesnt hold them up as well, it works. We were 3rd in line and a very gentlemanly man with well kept cornrows greeted us as if we came into his home. He ask what each of us would like and after being patient with each person he said let's see and ran the order back like a maestro and after we confirmed he was right the window closed and the orchestra began. We all wondered if he was working by himself, solo owner of a franchise mayhaps?! He was swift courteous and he offered well made portions to each order. He made sure he got everything recounting everything everyone ordered as he handed it all to us and then made sure we didnt need anything else drinks sides etc. He thanked us for stopping by and asked us to be safe and we were on our way. Food was hot and delicious, but didnt last long enough because it was too good and I inhaled it. I only wish I lived anywhere near to support his business. To the suave partner with the rows, thanks for making my day and eating experience brother. Blessings to you your family and your business! <3

Absolute worst attitude of workers ever, been to Dickey’s in Wilmington, Asheville and don’t mind spending 15$ a plate but won’t return to the one in Florence. The staff had a horrible attitude and were rude. Def won’t return.
