Good food just employee got an attitude when we were ordering because it took my pregnant wife a bit to decide what she wanted.
It's been awhile since I have been to a Dairy Queen. I guess I would consider this a high end fast food place or a beginner fast casual. In any case, I think it was pretty good. I had wanted a shake as it is the middle of winter with summer still months away. So while charging my car I needed someplace to eat. DQ Grill and Chill was right there so why not. Like any fast food place you order at a counter but the difference is that your food is brought to your table and there are actual condiments available right there! The 1/4 lb burger was well prepared and, I think, would put other restaurant's offerings to shame. The shake was just what I wanted... thick, but not too thick and the right amount of syrup and whipped cream. The fries were hot and crispy. I would definitely go again.
Staff seemed disinterested in serving the customer. Young lady said we could order even ready and then she walked away from the register. I asked if there was a kiosk where we should order. She said no you can order here and as I began my order she walked away again.
Young male employee was super rude to me at the drivethrough... friday December 31st at 3:05 PM.
We LOVE this particular location!!! Warm/inviting staff,,, hardly any wait in the drive - and our food is ALWAYS steaming hot!!!? Thank you,, for the impeccable experience!!!!!???
This is the third strike with this location.It's always something the wrong order or something that you specifically asked not to be on your burger/ hot dogs is there big as day . The last straw was cold food and the nerve of them to keep asking you to come back for correction and or replacement that is time consuming and gas ⛽ is 3$ a gallon to be returning for unnecessary mistakes. Please get better management.
Every time I go here the lobby is closed and I just want to get an Ice cream.
Waited for 5 minutes at the register while both employees were in the back making food before they told me they were closed in the middle of the day at 12:00 noon. Door was open with no signage saying they were closed. I watched other customers enter and leave with food. Won't be back.
Sooooo yummy. They’re more interested in the drive thru though, yet when they do get your order they give you their all
