I hate to say it but this is the worst run Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been to. It started with a return of an item that was two days over the allotted time and all I wanted was a store credit. I was denied the full price end of 2798 I got $12. I went into eat dinner they given me a gift certificate and when I went to pay the day care certificate didn’t work the cashier said I scratched it too hard to get the pin number. Then the manager and the cashier tried seven times to figure out with the Pin number was and I finally said look I have to get out on the road I’ll just pay the difference. And between a 15.95 and at 12.98 they had to get on the calculator to figure out my change. However the dinner was very good I must say it was better than some other Cracker Barrel‘s I’ve been to they’re also serving alcoholic beverages now but as I was saying this Cracker Barrel is kind of miss manage because it hasn’t been taken care of very well. The bathrooms are dirty and it kind of makes you think the rest the restaurant is dirty and while I was sitting in the dining room it look like people had been you know dropping things on the floor the floor hasn’t been swept. The management really needs to give it some attention. The best part was the service I got in the dining area I’m so sorry that I did not get her name she was a tall African-American lady long braids very sweet and on top of that she had many customers and she was very fast and sweet.
Cracker Barrel has never been on my list of restaurants. They always seen to be over crowded and full of out of town people. I was seated right away and then taken care of by a waiter that was just walking by. He assumed I had been taken care of cause I had been there for 10 minutes already.He took my order and my food was prepared and brought to me within 5-6 minutes . My order was correct and the food was really good. He kept my tea glass full and kept check on me. That's how tips are earned. Dropped him a 20 dollar tip and left.
It's hit or miss with Cracker barrel in my opinion. Sometimes the food and service are great and other times I am sitting at my table waiting an hour for food that is usually not all that good. Order the same thing one day it's great next time not so good. Love the atmosphere of the country store and the prices are very reasonable but consistency not so much. Good luck when you go. Hopefully you catch them on a good day.
Half home from our trip to Florida, we needed a good place to eat. Cracker Barrel never disappoints! I love the grilled chicken tenders, moist and delicious. The baby carrots are so good. My husband decided on the kids meal of grilled cheese with sour dough bread and a side of Mac and cheese, yummy! Our server was most attentive and friendly. I love the unique finds in the country store for grandchildren for Easter.
A nice clean Cracker Barrel with fast service. Meals come out quickly if you’re in a rush. Everything we had was prepared perfectly. Servers are friendly and efficient, ours kept the ice water topped up no less than four times (it was very hot outside). The store is worth a look if you’ve got time to spare with plenty of unique and attractive merchandise and old time candies and snacks to tempt you. The checkers game is back too.

I've never had a bad experience at any Cracker Barrel, but this one is a stand-out. They stay stay busy, due to their proximity to I-95, but the service and food are always exemplary no matter the situation. The staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful, and our food orders are always correct and delicious. It is obvious that this is a well-run and well-managed restaurant, and all of the staff, from the kitchen to the front-end, are to be commended.
