Maybe 1 ⭐ outta 5. This place has gotten awful. Service sucks. Only about 8 customers. 4 or 5 people working and still can't keep the bar stocked. Already finished eating before I could even get some tea. Don't waste ur time here. Not worth it. I was about to request my money back and go to Arby's. Only 1 little fellow doing most of the work. 1 girl acts like she lost, she moving slower than a snail. Maybe she need to clean floors. Tables and bathrooms because they were nasty.
Service was slow. You could tell the young man at the front was new. Hopefully he gets more training. But my pizza turned out great.
The staff wasn't the friendliest but I think that was because of how busy CiCi's was. The buffet was always empty and my family and I had to wait a good bit on pizza. The pizza's that wasn't all gone was a little old. How ever me plus 3 kids ate for $35. Also the fresh pizza TASTED AMAZING!! The salad bar and dressings was good too.
It’s a pretty good place most of these complaints are from people who go on a packed day. It’s a all you can eat buffet, you’re gonna fight other customers to get what you want. It’s pretty trashy area so you’re gonna get trashy people that are gonna fight you for the food lol.
As much as I love eating at Cicis this place is a absolute disappointment. My family has been eating here for years and I've finally had enough..they never have any pizza on the buffet besides cheese and BBQ pizza...a bunch of lazy high school kids running the place.. every time I go it's always 20 people who are just standing around the buffet waiting for pizza to come out...I paid $54 for a family of 5 to eat an we're forced to eat whatever they say..it's like they want you to get full off of bread because theres never anything on the buffet with meat on it...once one pizza comes out everyone rushes to get something with meat on it...this has become the new normal at this location because this situation happens almost everytime we go...I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but I'm sick of it.. probably won't be going back again

I believe they have changed ownership once again. The salad was good and the pasta was fresh....the pizza --> dried out.
This is a buffet pizza place. Is it to much to ask for pizza to be available. This was the reason we stopped going almost a year ago. So we were like maybe we should try again. WRONG!!! There were seven people working with a manager, yet most tables were dirty, there were no pizzas, the tea was old (it had been there a while), no ice and they were not friendly at all. Three of the employees were sitting in chairs around the cashier up front talking, talking on the phone, and NOT making pizza. Now understand, there were only two other tables with people at them and one was finished eating. Also the dessert stuff looked like it had been there all day and they never put anything new out. This was at 6:45 and they don't close until 9:00. I'm done, I'll never eat there again, to bad I can't give negative stars!
I went in to get some Lunch ,the young lady at the cash register was very nice and helpful she also was patient the food was fresh and hot and good too?
The pizza bar was almost empty and no one was concerned about putting out more pizza. The dining room and drink space was filthy. I don't see myself ever going there again
