Excellent! So much fun for the kids and family, pizza and endless salad bar! Bday party was a hit! Kids play 2hrs unlimited, pizza for everyone, a hostess helps with serving food and drinks, cuts the cake, her and Chuck E sing Happy bday.. this way I can enjoy my daughter not having to do it all myself. We've done two years in a row parties here so far. Too hot to be outside, inside ac and so much fun! Thanks Staff at Chuck E Cheeses!!!
This was the worst experience we’ve ever had in a Chuck E. Cheese! We waited for an hour and a half for one cheese pizza! We had asked three times after people who arrived after us were served before our pizza came out. Each time they told us it would be out in just a minute. The cashier didn’t know how to work the register and had me insert my card three times, we had to request cups and playing cards which we had paid for with our combo and the soap in the bathroom was completely empty. Not a drop of soap. When I told the ladies at the front, they barely acknowledged me. This was a terrible experience and we were hoping that it would help break up our day of travel, but it was the worst idea at this location.
Very sad that there are no animatronics anymore. Very boring. Food is okay.
Went for a birthday party and the employee working the party went above and beyond what was expected. Super impressed with the services and attitude
I went just for cotton candy. The worker said they didn't have any but she offered to make me some. I left happy!!! Lol the cotton candy was green apple and raspberry ? ??
Took my son for his birthday. It was packed and they only had one person working the front. So it took forever to get in between her stamping people's hands and ordering their food and play cards and then people needing to leave and having to check their hands. It wasn't her fault but management should have had someone helping her.

Had an awesome birthday party for my granddaughter and the waitress did a great job..truly enjoyed our experience and wud recommend this place for taking ur family to eat and have a good time..Great atmosphere ?
