Any Chick-fil-A I have been to during breakfast hours as long as the customer is willing to wait, they will cook fries! This restaurant in Florence South Carolina operated by Blake Pay… they have decided that they don’t want to interrupt their breakfast line for customers to wait!! This is not something that corporate or franchise has decided on…. this is something that in-store management has changed. I was still asked to pull up on waiting for my order to be cooked and they bring it out the back door!!!! I’ve called the customer service number three times and can’t get nobody on the phone. I sent an email as well never heard of such thing I’m sick of management changing things to their liking, but what is the difference when the customer still has to wait…. all that time I spent in that line just to get to the window and I still had to be pulled up and wait for my food to be right out, it should have been cooked it was breakfast hours and breakfast items!!!!!! I could’ve had what I really want it with all the wait time!!!! Store #is 00509 With poor Chick-fil-A standards!!!!!
Usually Chick-fil-A gets a minimum of 4 stars from me as they are usually super clean and have stellar service. While we did visit this location during the lunch rush the service was super slow, the cashier seemed distracted and did not take our order correctly. We dined in and their lobby was really clean but they completely missed the stellar Chick-fil-A standard when it came to their restrooms which looked and felt forgotten about.
Worst Chick-fil-A experience I've had in my entire life. Granted it was very busy when my family insisted on visiting. When we finally made it to the counter I ordered separate from them and actually paid before they had, however I received my order half an hour later than them. All in all I was standing around for just shy of an hour and fifteen minutes. Multiple orders were lost in the time I stood there with more than a few upset customers as a result, yet I somehow ended up being the second to last customer there when it was shoulder to shoulder upon entering. I implore you to go elsewhere if you desire "fast food", the wait was certainly not worth it considering what I ended up with was not what I wanted OR paid for.Sincerely,A very disappointed Chick-fil-A Devotee
Line was around the building for drive through, so we went inside. Order was taken quickly and they had our food on the table almost as soon as we sat down. Food was delicious as always. My only complaint was our shakes weren't brought to the table until we were almost done with our meal, and we had to ask about them 2 times.
Really great place. really long lines but very fast moving. Really great food and sauce.You don't have to order through a machine you can order in person in the drive thru. I get Chick-fil-A at school every Thursday. And I love it and with the Chick-fil-A sauce your in Chick-fil-A HEAVEN With Chick-fil-A ?? GOD ????
Store needs a good wipe down. The card readers, trash cans, bathrooms, to-go shelve, the doors. Pretty much everything was sticky and has caked on drink rings. ?
I goto chic-fil-a all over the state. This is by far the worst one. You wait 20m in line, no one is managing the line and there’s 10 employees standing off to the side. Listening to employees complain that they don’t take orders anymore. And still forgot the condiments.
They are really busy but still get food out reasonably quick. Can't ask for much better
Its chikfila. 13 dollars for no mayonnaise. Quick tho.
Had the spicy chicken keto special. Only problem was the extended wait for the drink. At least they have the dining room open. Very clean.
