I ran in for takeout because I had to use the bathroom. I can't say if the bathroom was unclean, but it looked messy and heavily used. After I drove away, I discovered my nuggets were absolutely dry. Not crunchy. Dried out and cooked long before. I've never had an experience like this at a Chick-fil-A, and it may not be typical for this one. The people were friendly, and my order came quickly. The experience was below standards.

Chil-fil-A has great food when it’s freshly cooked!! But the service at this location has terribly declined!! I’ve visited this location 4/5 times since December 2021 and EVERY time they leave items out the bag! It’s never the fries they leave out, it’s the reason behind their name! Gesh! I gave the benefit of the doubt tonight…and low and behold! They left out the main item again! I was close enough to go back to the location! I went inside and was the first and only person at the counter. 13 minutes later I had to ask was my missing item being taken care of. By this time, the food in the car was extremely cold, especially the fries! I’m over it! I’d rather drive to the mall than to give the benefit of doubt again at this location! ***The guy who “pushed” my bag to the front counter associate seemed aggravated and just like uugghh! But sir I truly understand! I really do but that type attitude doesn’t help the situation!! You work at Chick-fil-A and I’m sure they expect better from you!
I Just Left From Chick-Fil-A, The Only Thing I Got Was Some Chicken Minis. I Get Pulled Out The Line And Everyone Behind Me Was Getting Their Food. Finally I Got My Food Which They Look ? Like They Been Played Over And Absolutely Cold. Mind You I Was In The Line For Over 10 Minutes WHICH IS A FIRST. When I Got In There I Told Them What Was Wrong One Of The Girls Behind The Counter Was Like “DoN’t AlL ChIcKeN MiNiS lOoK PlaYeD oVeR.?” This Chick-Fil-A Starting To Act Like The McDonald On Irby Ratchet And Hood. Where Is The Manners?

Friendly staff and clean place. Food was great Very nice to be dining in. I was surprised to pay for a cup of water. I understand that there is an abundance of homeless that live in the area and chick-fil-a would be susceptible to abuse by giving away water. I am sure this is the reason for the charge. But it would seem to me that a better practice would be to give free water with the purchase of a meal. Just a thought.
Food was absolutely delicious, nothing could have been cooked or prepared better.
Terrible experience today, very rude general mgr. Because of hearing his conversation with employee. Damn we sitting in our car in drive thru he's talking loud of course your going to look over. No words should of been said. Then this is my order I get, all waffle fries were crumbs from top to bottem.
The service was good and I love the food and I will recommend it to anyone that has not been thank you ?
