This place in in bad need of review and investigation from corporate headquarters! On 6/7/22 I tried to order the chicken sandwich and I was told "we don't have any chicken today." THE SIGN CLEARLY AVERTISES CHICKEN! There was no one working inside, instead she was standing outside with her headset on smoking pot with another employee and telling people the card machine was down. I finally tried one more time today and was successful with getting my chicken sandwich, but the people behind me were not. She told them "We don't have chicken." Sounds to me like this place is run by careless people who don't want to work right.
The worst experience ever. Went here to get a quick meal and I wished I never stop here. We placed our order and was told they only had Mello Yello and Diet Dr pepper. Get to the window and they handed us our drinks(Mello Yello) and it was the worst thing I ever tasted. We gave them the drinks back and told the guy what it tasted like and he did offer us something but we didn't want a diet soda. So we got a refund for the drinks. We got our food and let's just say it looks like they was in a rush to make it. The wings didn't have much sauce on them and my burger looked like it was just slapped together. I asked fo no onions or tomatoes and when I open the wrapper the first thing you see was an onion and then I lift the bread and there goes a tomato. If I haven't been so far out I would've took everything back bc that was ridiculous how they did that. I'll never eat here again

90% of the menu wasnt available. Most drinks were not available. I chose not to order but my sister did and the fries she ordered reeked of the smell of very old grease. They were so greasy and smelly that she threw them in trash and we went to zaxbys.The drive thru glass windows were soooo nasty. It looked as though they had never been washed. Im sure DHEC needs to visitOh and there seem to be only 2 people working there. One looked like they was exhausted and couldn't even give us our change because they had no money in register? It seemed odd we had to pay exact amount with cash..
This Checkers service is the worst. I got there at 8:00pm and they acted like they were closed. All the cooks and cashiers went to the back when I pulled up. I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and no one answered. I will never go to this particular checkers again.
I usually like Checkers, if today was my first time eating there, I wouldn’t be back. This location is extremely dirty, the fries tasted like they sat too long. I have had their Garlic parmesan wings many times and really like them. These were the worst I have ever had. Normally the food has been good, today was an epic fail!
They are constantly running out of key food items. Also downloading the app and being a rewards member is meaningless. They do not take online rewards/coupons and no one knows how to apply promos or rewards for your order. Of course you don't know any of that until you already order and get to the window. This place is trash.
I've never had checkers before, but my dad said there fries are the best, so we stopped and got some, along with fish sandwiches. He was right about the fries, they really are the best, but the fish had no flavor. It could have used tarter sauce, maybe cheese or seasonings, a little lettuce, something to give it some flavor and less dry. Also, there was a long line in the drive through but only 2 people working. It was quite a wait
I love the chicken bites and fries. The mozzarella sticks were hot and fresh.
No ketchup, building in disrepair and dirty outside. Empty boxes sitting on the sidewalk outside, trash can overflowing. Can only imagine inside. Don't like McDonalds or would/should have gone there. Sandwiches looked thrown together.
