The buffetnjust wasn't what I expected and they was not keeping it stocked very well

Really good food! Go hungry! Alot of the original bbq places have suffered here in flo-town. But Cains is always 100%.

Very good selection on the buffet always. Very nice people. The owner Mrs Martha very nice person who employs very good people. The truth is the food very good. Location close to hospitals in the area. Go and meet some very nice people can't go wrong but don't be a gluttonit is easy to do at Cains Bar B-Q.
A lot of choices besides the bbq...I like the ambrosia and also sweet potatoes as dessert.The service is great..

The service was fast, getting seated was quick, and the food was absolutely delicious. The buffet had a different variety of both cold and hot items that were freshly made. I will definitely be returning again soon
