We visited the restaurant on Saturday, June 11th. After being there an hour and a half, we asked the manager to check on our order. After about 5 or 10 mins, the waiter brought cold wings. When I approached the manager again, she just ignored me and walked off. Theses reviews seem to all be the same. Trust me, mine is the truth. Don't waste your time going here. It was so late when I let, I have to go to McDonald's drive through. ZERO STARS !!!!

After waiting an hour and a half for a 3 piece chicken finger plate and seeing everyone else around me receive and finish their meal, I decided to walk out. There’s a reason why the parking lot at Southern Hops is consistently full and why the parking lot at BWW is consistently empty. Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money, don’t even read the copy and pasted “we’re sorry” reply that they’ll post below this review. Just go somewhere else and avoid all the frustration. This restaurant does not deserve any ratings I never thought that I would ever experience racism here on the 5-12-2022 my sister graduated so we decided to celebrate here with the family and was told by the manger that we can not be sever with out any good enough reason why so I contacted my lawyer and got him involved. Never again will I go back there! They better mind of they treat people.
The host let us sit at the patio said servers will be there soon and then later a waitress came rudely and told us no one is serving in there. And we sat at a table and no one came up to us and only to look at us like we weren't there and they were confused. We left. We went to Townhall restaurant and spent 200 dollars for the 3 of us and it was Well Worth It! Excellent service and food there.
I ordered wings and wedges from your place tonight and was very disappointed. I got the wing bundle order thru door dash. My fries were cold and barely any there. I ordered 2 things of wedges which I did not get. My entire order was almost 75 dollars! I would have done better to order wings from Pizza Hut! That is saying something, considering your specialty is wings. I think, if you are going to charge that much money for your food, the least you could do is get the order right and get it out as fresh as possible. Sad
The food we got was mostly good, but we were there for almost two hours and only five out of seven people even got all of their food. Of those, one order was completely wrong and one was too salty to eat. I know they were short staffed, but several groups who came in after us had their food neuter we ended up canceling the test of our order and ate elsewhere. This was on a Saturday between two and four. There were a lot of empty tables. Again, I know the kitchen was really short staffed, but I still can’t figure out how others got their food and we didn’t.
We came in late (around 10-10:30) after a movie for a quick bite and to grab a drink. We were first told there would be a 30-45 minute wait. After my suggestion to go elsewhere, we were then informed we could sit at the bar. They, unfortunately, are obviously understaffed because while many of the seats and tables were empty, they were still littered from what was left behind by the people seated there before. Our waitress/bar tender was fantastic. She was very busy and had to clean the counter before we were able to take a seat, but she was very attentive and helpful while also juggling the patrons seated outside. We first ordered draft beer and my husband, his uncle, and I ordered three different brands. It came as a bit of a shock to find all three tasted "skunked". It was almost as if they had lost power to a cooler and all the beer on tap and become heated before cooling down again. The easiest solution was to order bottled/canned beverages. When it came time to order, our server reluctantly informed us they were out of traditional wings. We certainly understand that there are shortages on things everywhere right now, but I wish we had been notified at the door so we could have gone elsewhere. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our server and the boneless wings weren't bad either.
Service from the kitchen was terrible. There were 4 of us there in a Friday night . We arrived around 8:45. We all 4 ordered something different plus a hatch queso and chips appetizer. One of our party never received her food nor did we get the appetizer. We inquired about the missing food and was told the kitchen was busy and he was surprised everyone else had already gotten their food. The missing items hadn't even been started yet. That person's food and our appetizer was canceled. Absolutely horrible experience all the way round.
