I've been going to this Bojangles for years. Every time every person there is nice and kind and my food is always hot and fresh and delicious. They seem to have a genuine smile on their face a lot of the time which, sometimes just a real smile to someone, can really make their day. Whoever is managing this Bojangles deserves a raise. Absolutely perfect operation.

I ordered 8 pc, got home no biscuits in the box. I ordered again 3 months later, instead of chicken parts, they put chicken strips, which would have been fine, but the biscuit was so hard, I could have caused serious damage with it. I have eaten at Bojangles for years, it has totally gone downhill. I will have to stop ordering. The prices are too high for poor service.
The chicken was not as crispy as I remembered it. But those biscuits were to die for. They were soft, sweet and scrumptious.
I ordered some fries and a salad. They stopped serving romaine or iceburg lettuce on the salads. It's just spinach with some purple leafy lettuce mixed in it. The girl was telling me they didn't have any lettuce for the salad any more, so I was a little confused about if they were out of lettuce or don't serve it anymore. This wasted about 5 minutes of my time for her going back and forth about this. What she was trying to say they did or didn't have salads? She should've just placed my order or just said they only use spinach instead of lettuce for the salad (if she was asking if I still wanted to place that order.)
While they didn't have Honey Mustard sauce, they were very apologetic about it. They had the rest of my order quickly. I appreciate everything they do, especially when there is a long line!
Very rude poor customer service even the manager is rude people fighting at the drive thru bc the layout for the drive thru is the dumbest ineffective design I've every seen people don't even say ur welcome after saying tanks will never go there again Popeyes here I come!
Always enjoy a visit to Bojangles. Living in Florida id not get there as often as I would like.....daily. do when I do travel I am always looking for one. Country Ham and egg biscuits are my go to.

I loved the chicken,the service not so much. First time ever ordering Bojangles so I didn't know what to order so of course I asked questions. Manger tried to rush me even through No one else was in the store. I must say once again the chicken was very good compared to some others.
