After visiting this Arby’s on David H. McLeod Blvd in Florence, SC I was completely ready to give a 1 star review after we received our order from the drive thru window. We received our correct receipt and I saw crinkle fries on top so we moved away from the window to check the contents of our bag. Other than the fries all the rest of the contents were wrong. This restaurant always has a line, and the dining area is closed, so our only option was to go through the drive thru line again. The drive thru employee took the wrong order and our receipt and ask up to pull into the parking lot. We did, and expected to be there a long time. All I can say is the customer service at the restaurant is awesome!!! Yes, a mistake was made. Everyone makes them. But it’s how we deal with them when they are made that separates this restaurant from others. Our correct order was brought to us within 5 minutes, was hot, so not just something thrown together at the last minute and thrown in a microwave (hello Wendy’s on W Lucas St.), and the person who made the mistake apologized, took ownership, didn’t offer excuses, and asked if he could get us anything else. Bravo to the parents of this young man, and to Arby’s for employing such a great employee!!
Always good fresh food, however they always shut down everything early. Closes at 10 pm but if you go at 8 pm they don’t have tea and already took down milkshake machine… do better Arbys!!!
After $25 for 2 people and a ruined meal, i get free sauce next time i come in. I bought roast beef sandwiches and paid $3 for 3 Cheddar sauces and au ju. I waited 10 minutes to find out the sauces weren't in the bag when I got my food. They man at the drive through asked if I had the sauce and asked me to pull forward. Not one sauce I paid for was in the bag, only horsey sauce i didn't pay for. I called and they said they'd give me free cheddar sauce next time I came in. Lol. Ruined dinner for us but I can go back and just get Cheddar sauce mfkers. Not going back
It was good food was fresh and hot... served to you with a smile couldn't beat that need to give them a try Won't be disappointed...
Was ok,except the rain,ordered 2 coupons of mozzarella sticks,and a crinkle fry, customer was good.food was good,they missed 1 marz sauce,but I'll live.lol
Chicken sliders were great! They were fresh and crispy and the bread was hot! Great snack while out shopping!
This Arby's has a pleasant drive thru. It's almost like Chick-fil-A. My food was hot, fresh with no wait time.
We dined-in and the next time, we ordered and picked up at the drive through. Both times we had superior Ruben sandwiches with curly fries.
I like Arby’s. Would like to see the dining room open again. Nice friendly staff and decent fast food.
I never been to this Arby's. But I'm glad I did. I took my food home, but it was still delicious. The Smokehouse Brisket was really good and the service was fast. As well as friendly. They didn't have a lot of people there at the time. But there should be more. It's a good place to eat.
