Really good burger. The build your own is the way to go. Attentive staff, lots of TVs for the sports viewing, plus some nice modern pop culture decor for people like me who don't watch sports.
The burgers were amazing! Very nice options! It's got a atmosphere to it and has sports on every t.v if yiu want to watch while you eat! Our waitress was very pleasant and made sure me and my friends were taken care of. This picture of Kramers self-portrait has to be one of the coolest things I have ever seen! A masterpiece of art!

Eaten here two or three years apart in our travels. Great atmosphere. Play good music and the staff is great. Big selection of beer and the burgers are some of my favorites. I stay next door at the Home2Suites just to be able to walk and have so,w drinks and food.
I really loath to write a bad review, but GOOD GRIEF how bad does the service have to be before you have to say something?! The restaurant was not even that busy.The waitress came quickly enough and took our drink order, then came back and took our food order. She wasn't unpleasant, but she wasn't pleasant either. I can appreciate that everyone is short staffed, but as the consumer, this is NOT my problem. I will also say this, if I am spending my hard earned money with you in this terrible economy I do expect to have good service.After waiting a short while, a server who wasn't our server came and quickly dropped the appetizer on the table, when she dropped them off, I told her we needed eating utensils and some napkins. She didn't respond nor did she bring utensils back. We sat for at least 7-10 minutes with the appetizer in front of us getting cold and no way to eat it. I finally had to go find someone and ask AGAIN for utensils. He came and basically threw them at us and ran off. About this time our server FINALLY showed up and unfortunately, she was the one to get my ire. Aside from the fact that she should have made sure we had eating utensils, it was the pathetic attitudes of the other people involved who turned a bad situation into an intolerable one. I would have yelled at them, but they kept throwing things at us and running away! Yes, I went full "Karen" on our server, but seriously is it too much to ask to have utensils to eat with?I can not review the food because we did NOT stay long enough to eat. At this point I was pretty much done with the HORRIBLE service.We left Burger Bar and went to Chili's where we had a delightful server and great food. She got the $20 tip that our server would have received if she had shown the slightest bit of congeniality or attentiveness. In other words, the basics of what is required of people in the service industry.
I was looking forward to a nice Hamburger and a beer, but was greeted at the door at exactly 8:35pm(4/11/21) by the hostess. She said "we are no longer seating people". I pointed out that the posted hours of operation, say until 9pm, to which she said, "Sorry, have a nice night". Owner/manager, please review your camera footage, and you will see the timestamp at 8:30pm of me leaving. I drove from Miami today, (650miles) on my yearly trek north, oh well, maybe next year.
The very best burgers around, my favorite is the Ninja but everything is so good. The service is the best for the area, always nice & respectful , very much on point . Great job to management
Good customer service. The hamburger I got was very good and the hand cut French fries were great. They have a good selection of craft beer on tap. Came in on a Thursday night and was seated right away.
Chili Cheese fries so good. I go there every week. They give back to there everyday customers. I appreciate the service from the waiters. Thanks Burger Bar
I come to this establishment multiple times a week and love the food. However, today one of the servers (Tristan) was extremely rude and unprofessional!!! I have never received this type of treatment! I am HIGHLY upset because that type of behavior is unnecessary!!! I will be sure to spread the word to all of my family and friends to NOT eat here!!!
